As you walk inside you're immediately greeted at the door with a "good afternoon" and the store appeared to be in great shape and clean. The men's restroom could use some work but what can you expect when you use a gas station bathroom right? People in and out all day long. Anyway, after getting coffee the clerk told us to have a great day and we were on our way out. I will gladly use this gas station again! I had a slight problem with card reader and had to repress buttons when a friendly employee popped out the door asking if I needed help. "Nope, figured it out myself". He smiled said ok and popped back in. Just mentioning this because when does this ever happen? Usually store clerks might mumble something through squawk box. If there were more of these around I would probably pick them over other marts.

The service here is top notch - each time I've been in, the store staff member has been very helpful in finding things. This last time, when the firestarters were out of stock, they gave us extra paper bags and old newspaper. Selection is a bit limited, but that's to be expected for a general store. They have a decent variety for grocery, and some other home essentials. The last few times I've been in, they've been out of firestarters - which is one of the only things I come here for! Besides that, this is a great spot to go if you forgot something or need to pick up a few things during your North Shore stay.
