Front desk people were super friendly and helpful - my bath sink was barely draining and when I mentioned it the next morning, it was completely fixed by the time I returned from my meetings. Great service there. The rooms were cozy and the hot water was hot- bed was a bit worn but nothing that would make you leave for another hotel. Free breakfast in the morning was good - and they have go-bags lined up at the front desk if you running late. Fresh baked cookies made an appearance every afternoon as well. There is nothing terrible about the place - just dated. Plenty of parking around the perimeter.

However, when we checked the towels, it appeared as someone shaved their beard on the towel and it wasn't changed since it was covered in little black hairs. The lady at the front gave me all new towels. We were in a non smoking room but the ash tray was right outside our room. So all night we smelt smoke being pulled in. As we were leaving we noticed that the rooms were every other was a smoking room. So we were surrounded my smoke on both sides and outside out door. Horrible placement for us with 2 kids. Otherwise perfect stay. Staff was friendly. And Memorial Park was perfect for a night out. Great pit stop.

If you're looking for a hotel that has soap made from aromatics or has numbers in the name, this ain't it. I needed to travel to Arkansas from Georgia and just wanted a place to rest my head for a few hours without coming home with a few extra travelers or getting shot by a crackhead in the parking lot. I found this place on Expedia and cross checked the reviews between Yelp, Google, and tripadvisor. After seeing enough satisfactory reviews, I decided to give this place a shot and I'm so glad I did. This is one of the top three hotels I've ever stayed at. It was SPARKLING CLEAN. The pictures say it all. The bed was super comfortable, the AC was powerful (I like my hotel room AC on meatlocker when it's time for nite nite). The rate was super reasonable. Almost too good to be true reasonable. And I won't lie - I was concerned and wondered if the rates/pics/reviews were BS. They were not. They didn't give me a hard time because I had my two fur kids with me. The people at the front desk were super nice and provided awesome service. If I need somewhere clean, comfortable, and cheap to crash again, I would definitely stay again. Whoever manages this spot - please keep up the awesome work!

Gloria, the manager, is exceptional. She does everything, from running the front desk to organizing a fantastic breakfast. And she does it all with genuine care. She remembered even the smallest details about me, my professional work assignments and my stays from week to week, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. There were multiple occasions when I accidentally left belongings behind, and Gloria not only saved them but carefully packaged them for me. When my refrigerator stopped working, she had it replaced the same day with a new, fully cooled unit before I returned that evening. The room was consistently clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. It was better than my own at home! Parking right outside the room added convenience and a sense of safety. Gloria and Rebecca (after hours staff member who I cannot forget to also give a shout out) went above and beyond to accommodate any request, and over time, I came to consider Gloria, in particular a friend. So professional, respectful, helpful and someone who I genuinely admire and can look up to. If you're staying in Jasper, there is no better choice. I recommend the Super 8 by Wyndham, Jasper hotel without hesitation.
