mold in bathroom shower

Worst holiday inn i've ever been to. Had to be moved 3 times, first room had MOLD in bathroom. Second room had a terrible smell. Third room was right above the "event hall" and there was loud music with bass playing all day as i was trying to rest.

Lighter on the floor in plain view.

It's very hard to find without the GPS. It is in a parking lot of a dilapidated mall. The floor was constantly creaking, the beds were unbelievably hard! Cannot believe this costs over $120 a night! Will not be staying there again. The staff was extremely friendly, I don't want to say anything negative about them, also I didn't have a backup plan of anywhere else to stay so I did not say anything about our room. My daughter also found a blister pack of pills in a desk drawer.

The shower head in my room. And I'm sure that this is not the only one like this in this hotel. Discussed!!!!

They 1 star is because the staff was friendly. Oh and the manager comp us $58 on our 2 night stay. Discussed!!!

Pancake replicator. 1 minute pancakes, just push a button. Could replace a wife if it can disperse all types of food.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Greystone Manor for the first time as my best friend had…read moreher bridal shower here. This place is not your typical venue- it is literally an old southern style, two story home. From what I was told, the owners rent it out for special events such as parties, showers, etc. It was the perfect place for my friend's bridal shower because her theme was "southern chic" and the attire was hats and heels. I felt like we were in the 1970's era the whole time, which was kind of cool! The outside of the home is very big with lots of yard space for someone who may be looking to do an outside event. Really great scenery for picture taking! The inside is filled with antiques and is fully furnished, which could be a negative depending on the amount of people you are expecting. My friend had about 20-25 guests at her shower, which was held in the one of the dining rooms and we had just enough room. Had there been more people, it would have been too crowded. Unless you speak with the owners about clearing some of the furniture out, you will not have much space to work with unless you use multiple rooms. We were able to utilize the kitchen to prepare the food that was to be served at the shower. I was shocked to see they still had a gas stove- in 2013. Old school, right? I recommend this place if you're planning an intimate event such as a shower, party, or something of that nature that causes for a vintage theme. If that is the case, Greystone Manor is your place. If you're expecting it to be very modern, then you may want to look elsewhere because it is so not that, and I'm not stating this in a negative way. I highly suggest touring the home before having an event here to ensure this venue will best accomodate your event and meet your expectations.

I will say it isn't the fanciest BW I've ever stayed at. For about 10 years we stuck to airBnbs only, past year given the outr fees/taxes etc , we have started staying in hotels again (at least you get points/rewards) Last year this hotel, our room was unfortunately not clean, so they immediately swapped us. No biggie. It happens. This trip room 209 was 85$ before taxes. Plenty of parking when we checked in around 8pm on Tuesday evening. I will say the woman who works that shift (same lady as last year) lacked any real customer service or personality. She seemed annoyed to check us in. However the older white woman the next morning was so outgoing and friendly, it evened out haha Breakfast was good. Bagels, cream cheese, pretty tasty sausage, decent coffee. Quite nice actually. The TV was wonky, we had to point the remote control behind the TV haha and eventually it worked. Beds both were VERY comfortable and quiet. All 3, we slept very well. Room service however shouldn't be knocking 2 hours prior to check-out, when we had the don't disturb sign. They were rude and unfriendly. Bathroom unfortunately only had 2 towels for 3 people and could use some updating. However it was a safe, cozy sleep. We still enjoy BW hotels. Many food options about a block behind the hotel. Wendy's, McD, KFC etc

Nice property and clean rooms. We did not have reservations but they helped us out. I would…read morereturn here
