The attendant was exceptionally friendly & understanding allowing me a late start because I was only doing 1 wash load and finished well within their time limit, even assisted with selecting the best size machine(s). The washing machines work well, didn't try any dryers. Didn't like the card because you have to carry a balance but minor issue. Attendant helped me troubleshoot an old card that was no longer valid. This was a breath of fresh air after battling with incredible rude attendants at every other location I have tried because they were either closing early or simply had an attitude. Maybe it goes with the territory, but that only improved my impression of Holiday Cleaners. I never go anywhere else now. Clientele were friendly and considerate too. read more

$10.30 to wash one load is absolutely the most bullshit I've ever heard not only is their store dirty but they have nowhere for you to sit so they expect you to stand for the next three hours doing laundry!!!! I was excited to find a laundromat in my town that uses a card instead of coins but disappointed to see the building and the machines are very dilapidated the laundry attendant was rude and all and all the other customers looked like they couldn't wait to take me in the back alley and let out some frustrations. We had our laundry stolen from the place and the staff was very unhelpful. The owner in particular was rather rude about it as well. Their cameras don't work apparently so that's false advertising of "protection" as well. Do not recommend, go literally anywhere else! read more

NEVER TAKE ANY CLOTHES FOR ALTERATIONS. Took five women's short sleeves shirts to have the "keyhole" front closure stitched closed took two stitches for the first five. The sixth identical shirt with identical alteration was charged $7.50 advised THIS is their minimum alteration charge which was clearly not true. Dropped off women's pants included a pair of pants to use as a guide to clearly show what the length of the pants being shortened would be. Unfortunately the pants were NOT shortened however I was charged over $20.00 did not try them on until I got the home. Now must pay Again to have shortened. Stay away from Holiday Cleaners I definitely do NOT recommend them for alterations go anywhere else. They ever offered to actually shorten the pants to actually do their job. I went in there because my washer broke. I had clothes stolen while I was bringing in more clothes from my car. When I asked the attendant about it she directed me to the manager. He was unbelievably rude. You better make it fast I am fixing something and I have people waiting for me.......I told him what happened and I had noticed he had cameras on the premises. Could he look and see who took my clothes. If I have time, which I probably won't. I never heard from him.ever. I had been a customer for several years. I picked up a shirt with a patch sewn on and they added on an extra $6 charge stating they had forgot to charge me on a visit from 8 months ago! I had paid it. I made them look up the several times I had been in the business since then and asked why wasn't I charged then? She replied "I don't know" but "our system" shows you owe it. I told her that didn't make sense and "their system" is wrong. She was rude and not helpful. I had to pay it because I didn't have the receipt from 8 months ago. I hope they enjoy their extra $6 they made off me and on top of it all, the patch was sewn on crooked! I had to take the shirt to a different seamstress to have the patch sewn on again. Avoid this business and seamstress. read more

This is my favorite laundromat in all of Grand Junction. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful. There are large windows that light up the place with beautiful natural light, and a couple green plants on the inside. The washers and dryers work great, and there is an expansive folding table that reaches from each side of the room, facing the windows to the outside. There is free WiFi access, and they play educational channels like National Geographic and the Discovery Channel. read more

Consistently good dry cleaning, with pick-up and delivery service as well! Very friendly and courteous employees and they have great tailoring, too. Also has their own laundromat connected to them, next door, and someone is available in the laundromat after-hours to go and get your dry cleaning. I highly recommend them! read more

This laundromat is awesome.... huge and open 7 days a week from 6am till 11pm! Even though it is self serve they have an attendant at all times! Love it.... also they are attached to a Dry Cleaners.... so really they can do it all. read more

This laundry mat is constantly changing the rules. The jours say on lune and on the building 7am to 10 pm. What does that mean to you? Means they are open from 7am to 10 pm. It was 9:20 when i arrived. A wash load takes approx. 25 min.. i had no intention of drying them here, would take home. I have done this many times and always they are cleaning up and say as long as u am gone by 10pm as stated, when they close, they dont mind. Do you not like money? Isnt that why people go into business? Dont your employees need to be there until 10pm, as stated?? Honestly, if you do not wish to serve the public, and make a living by doing so, why do you even bother. Owning a business is not just so you can make money people. You create a service, y you u get customers, paying customers, they become accustom to the service and the hours they can count on! I wasted a good 45 min sorting, packing up, and driving here to your business?? Only to find locked doors at 9:20pm??? How late arentou open for goodness sakes?? You are advertising falsly and its not right? I will inform the better business bureau and i dont care that today i see it says last load in at 830pm? Why? Of i am only washing cloths and not drying them, doesnt it just make good sense that it obviously would be finished by the time you close for the evening? I do laundry here often and spend a lot of my hard earned money here! This is the second time i have had a huge need that you have failed to fill! The last time i had many many bags of sheets that easily would have been a $500 payment to you for doing them for me and your people sent me away and said "o, we dont do sheets qith our bulk laundry"!! I was on my way out of town to mexico and was dropping them off here to pick up upon my return! Guess what? I took all that laundry with me on vacation since i don't live in grand junction, i had no choice! Then the owner calls me later the next week and says, im sorry, we absolutely do sheets on bulk laundry, our employee was mistaken! Really, to think i cane back after that ordeal! I feel like a complete idiot now for trusting the doors would ve open until 10pm and i could count on you to advertise properly! If you close at 9pm, advertise you close at 9pm for goodbess sakes! Is it really that difficult to figure that out. Doesnt that just make sense?? Either you are open, or you are closed??? Which is it! You advertise open 7am to 10pm??? Cant trust this business!! They dont share all your maybe kind of rules on line with the public. We have the information given so please give the correct information so we do not have to continue wasting our precious, hard earned time and money only to find out that you really didnt mean 10pm! You really meant 9pm!! Or hey there is no one here, lets just lock up! Bad form for a successful business! The time it took me to knock on the locked door at 920pm with no answer, then call the place twice vefore he answered, and then write this review, my cloths would have easily been washed and back in my car before 10pm. Honestly, whats the point. You absolutely can run your business any way you like! I wont be back to give you a third chance, thats all i can say.
