My breaks failed on my truck, so I had to pull over and park on the side of the road until I could have it towed to a mechanic as it was not safe to drive. I only recently moved to Ottawa so I didn't know of any mechanic or towing companies. I went online and found the number for Holiday Auto Centre. I am so,so happy that I did!! Amanda and Johnny went way above and beyond!! Amanda called a whole lot of tow truck companies for me and found the best one with the best price, even though it was nearly closing time and she was supposed to attend her daughter's concert!! Johnny stayed at the workshop until late that night until the tow truck could get there and drove me home because I didn't have transportation, even though it was 11pm!! He fixed the breaks the next morning and I had my truck back before I finished work that afternoon. Words cannot express the great service that I received from them!!!
