My C.

I have worn glasses for over 50 years and never had an exam take this long. Over an hour for a vision/contact exam when I showed up 15 minutes prior to the exam as indicated. Requested pupil distance measurement from the optometrist. Was told that their optometry department performed that function. Requested measurement from that department and was told that they would NOT provide because of "liability" unless purchasing glasses from them. I would recommend another provider if possible. read more

Picking out frames for your bad eyes is an unpleasant experience, having caring and sensitive people greatly enhance the process. I have been going to the Holicki Eye Center for many years, don't get me wrong, the doctors and most of the staff are absolute Rock Stars, it's why I continue to go. Just wish they could shore up some loose ends on the customer service end.

I found some really neat jeans (that promise to make appear your butt bigger) for $30.00. Let me just tell you that the cut was right on. They have bane brands like Addidas and a few other. Before I shopped here I thought they were just cousins of Walmart, but now I know that they are higher quality and provide a larger selection. I also found some really cute tassel earrings on SALE for $6.00 (what a bargain)! Cashier was nice, and at the end of the check out, the monitor asked if the store was clean. That was the first time we've been asked if a store was clean check out.

This man looked right at me and said, "What do you want me to do about it?" I was stunned. I went in to get help instead I was talked down to. The whole staff there wasn't really helpful and quite rude themselves. I would not recommended his services. I also tried to have a prescription from another doctor I could no longer see filled and he refused to fill. When I contacted the other doctor, he told me he could've refilled the prescription and wasn't quite sure why he wouldn't.
