They claimed they could install laminated flooring, but it was obvious they had no idea what they were doing. They also installed turf, and it's completely crooked. Before starting the job, they promised a one‑year warranty, but now they won't even answer the phone. They know they messed up, and they're avoiding all communication. I'm preparing to file an official complaint with the state attorney's office.

This review should have been written months ago, but it was such a BAD experience, I didn't want to…read morethink about them. This Tucson company--who apparently has had a new acquisition --seems really off on the wrong track. We needed standard wood Tongue & Groove siding for a re-model job, using it for the ceiling. We wanted to support this company instead of going to the typical Home Depot or Lowe's big box stores that often have inferior products. What a mistake! Arizona Building Supply sold us wrapped up bundles of the T&G without letting us inspect it. We hauled it home and began trying to install it. Most of it was warped and would NOT slide into the groove. And lots of it split as we tried to install it. The product was horrible garbage! And imagine being up on ladders fighting with this on a ceiling job!!! The job took about 3-4 times as long to complete as it should have, and it ONLY got completed after we fought with them about this lousy wood product and they would not take it back. But did bring us ONE new bundle and had to piece together sections we should not have had to do Actually, we would have been WAY better off buying this wood from a national store like HD or Lowe's because they would have let us return this product. Lesson learned here! I'm sorry I have to even settle for a one-star review. So much for supporting alternative companies. This purchase was made August 2024. Have they improved? I rather doubt it.

I went literally all over Tucson looking for the right rip rap and found it finally at Pioneer Twin Peaks. Everyone there was very patient with me as I asked to be absolutely sure which pile was which before I ordered $1400 worth of rock. Selected my rock, paid and the truck arrived on time. Raul was outstanding, got the rock up to the top of the mountain with no issue and put the rock right where it needs to be. This may sound simple, but it is huge....the HOA will not let me dump on the easement and moving rock around two or three times is wasteful and expensive. Thanks again to everyone at Pioneer.
