What a gorgeous space with beautiful natural light piercing through the windows setting the perfect mood for a relaxing yoga class. I had the honor of taking a class with Casey & she was amazing. I felt my entire body relaxed after class & it was the perfect way to get a workout in while honoring my body. read more

Went to a hot yoga class. Wasn't very hot and the flow was just ehh. Wish it was hotter and the flow more challenging

Hola Yoga is my home away from home. I practice there everyday and it's my reason for getting up in the morning. Meagan's class is my favorite. She has the perfect balance of spicy flows in a warm and welcoming environment. Plus she has impeccable taste in music. I wish I could take her class everyday. Everyone there from the staff to the teachers go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I secretly don't want to tell you about this place and ruin it for myself, but they deserve all the recognition. read more

This is by far the best yoga studio I have ever been to. I used to teach and am very particular about the culture of studios, particularly if classes are not inclusive. Like if my mom (who is just starting yoga) wouldn't be able participate in a class, I don't particularly want to make that my home base. Hola yoga goes above and beyond to make yoga inclusive. Every class I have been to (and I go about 2x a week) has been wonderful. The owner, Kris, is truly an individual who embodies that yoga is for everyone. The studio does cool events outside of classes like book club, sound baths, and themed classes that celebrate diversity (Hispanic heritage month, Black history month, etc). As a Latina, there are not many of us in the yoga world. Kris, also a Latina, makes me feel seen and that I belong in the yoga space. This is my home studio and I am incredibly grateful for it. read more

Worst studio, worst customer service. The most NON YOGA place I've ever been. I unfortunately felt sick during class and I had to leave. The front desk person initially said to me "sure, we'll refund you or offer a credit- feel better". Then later I find out the studio owner doesn't want to refund me and honor their word. Seriously? There's no rhyme or reason to this other than the studio just wants to make money and doesn't even care about participants. I've practiced literally all over the U.S. I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years and this is some NON YOGA shit. What an awful yoga studio! read more

I first heard of Hola through ClassPass and ended up signing up for a 2 week intro package at the studio. I soon found myself consistently adding more credits so that I could attend more classes. Eventually, I signed up for the unlimited monthly pass and have been doing that for well over a year! They offer a great mix of class types, as well as times. All of the teachers have their own unique style, but they contribute to the Hola community. Additionally, I appreciate the diversity of class type and students! The teachers are always respectful of your space and ability levels, offering hands on assistance if you seek it . The studio also always has cute merchandise for sale, as well as workshops and a book club! The only thing I will note is that while parking is free, it can get tight especially when it is a full class. But, there is plenty of extra parking behind the studio and around the area. Just want to keep that in mind, especially during a busy time. Overall, I love this studio and always look forward to my time on the matt here. read more

The Good: Hola Yoga is owned by a person of color, and has multiple BIPOC (Black and Brown) teachers. This is something I've been looking for for a number of years, so I was pleasantly surprised and greatly pleased when they opened. Most of my classes have only contained 10 people. Some of this, I'm sure, has to due with the current state of affairs, and the studio taking precautions. The pace of the class depends on the teacher, and what class you take. For example: Khrys and Jo-Jo are fast paced. Take them if you are trying to get a workout a/o begin or end your day with high energy. Cacey and Shannone are more restorative and meditative. Take them if you are trying to de-stress and wind down. If you are just jumping into yoga, I would suggest the Slow Flow class. It's a great way to introduce yourself to yoga, find your pace, and find some movement in your body w/o feeling pressure to look "yogic." This is my go to class when I don't feel like jumping straight into a Vinyasa class. The Issues (Full disclosure: I've seen this at multiple studios and gyms): There's not a lot of variety for larger people (size 22/ 43in waist). What do I mean by that? Some teachers just aren't the best when suggesting poses for bigger people, busty people, out of shape people, or just people who've never done yoga/used the assists. Some teachers seem to just assume everyone should be able to do a pose/movement, or sit in a posture with no modification. Some teachers appear to expect you to know the modifications to poses. I know that a lot of it is they are used to having certain types of students in class, but still. Hola also sells merchandise. All great quality, fun, and informative, except for the shirts/clothes. They don't go above a XL. In fact, they barely have XL's, and mostly in unisex items. I understand that yoga attracts certain body types, but I was a little put off simply because if you can regularly take money from people who are sizes 18+, you should be able to accommodate those varying sizes when offering those extra perks and items. Overall: Excellent studio and services, and great people. The negative, I've mentioned above are just sticking points for me because I've witnessed them at multiple health/holistic places. read more

I've been searching for a yoga studio in Nashville since moving here a few months ago and feel very fortunate to have found Hola Yoga. I've tried several studios but they didn't quite fit what I was looking for. I enjoy a yoga practice not only for the physical benefits but also for the peace it brings me in my everyday life. Not every studio is in tune to that duality but, in my opinion, this studio gets it just right. I enjoy a more strenuous Heated Vinyasa class one day while still finding that there's a meditative and peace-filled Yin class on another. So far I've enjoyed the different instructors I've had and really appreciate the authentic and welcoming atmosphere the studio owner creates for the students. The studio has the clean, minimal look I enjoy, allowing me to focus on my breath with little distraction. I'm pretty excited to have found my local yoga tribe. read more

Hola Yoga - Clean, modern, minimalist studio. No distractions. - Yoga Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

I've been going to classes here for about a year. The instructors I've had are wonderful. The vibe at this studio is very warm and welcoming. I've been to classes all over the world over the last 20 years I've been practicing yoga, and Hola is one of my very favorite places. read more

I recently moved to east Nashville from out of state. I went to a few studios in the area to compare before signing a year membership. Hola yoga is a short walk from my house and was offering 2 weeks for $25 for new students. I fell in love after one class. I go for the heated and more challenging flow classes but they have non heated and classes at all different levels. They offer a wide variety of times and amazing teachers. I'm so happy to have found a new yoga home. read more

I'm actually hesitant to write this review as I selfishly love how small the classes are at Hola right now, the instructors are consistently great. I appreciate that most instructors are just as focused on the spiritual aspect of letting go as they are on moving the body. I love restorative classes with Cacey. Slow flow with Erika is great as well. The heated classes don't get so hot you feel like you're dying which is nice, and the studio is an absolutely beautiful space. read more

Instructors aren't bad, night and day from Hot Yoga East. However their Covid rules were basically an oxymoron. I went in shortly after the delta surge over Christmas and was told I HAD TO wear a mask even though I was a month out from having covid.. so I didn't need it. After class I found out they had free-grab cookies at the front that one of the instructors made..... after I had just gotten b**ched at for not wearing my mask...... whut To top it off I posted about it on their IG and they blocked me. Wowwwwwww. read more

I signed up for a new student intro offer and so far, I am loving the studio, classes, teachers..Hola Yoga offers a variety of classes from meditation and slow flow to heated vinyasa and ashtanga. Not all classes are heated which is another thing I really like..many options. Also, the studio is clean, and they practice social distancing..mats are 6 feet apart. I look forward to taking my next class at Hola Yoga! read more

After 6 months of a pandemic I decided to get back into moving my body in some way. I took advantage of the new student deal and also purchased a few 1 on 1 sessions because I'm completely new to yoga. BEST DECISION EVER!! The space is beautiful and calming upon arrival and Khrys has made me feel so welcomed and comfortable in this new adventure. I'm hooked and have enjoyed every class I've taken!! Looking forward to enhancing my practice with help from the amazing teachers at Hola Yoga read more

Hola Yoga is Nashville's safe sanctuary (especially now). The space is gorgeous and healing in its own right and sparkling clean; it's a design-lover's dream. Every teacher and especially the owner Khrys is downright lovely. As I write this in September, aside from the grocery store, this is the only indoor space / activity I do, as they're taking covid very seriously. I always feel safe, loved, and elevated at Hola! read more
