FIRST: I want to thank Rhonda, I had came in a few weeks ago for a potential kidney infection..not only did Rhonda call me daily to check on me, when my symptoms progressed (as I have ms) she called numerous places to get me in for imaging asap to figure out the issue: so thank you Rhonda for going above and beyond for me. It was a simple prescription request that required several phone calls, an in-person visit and a message on my patient portal. Rather than reach out to me and apologize for everything I had to go through with the office, Dr Bramwet wrote back on my patient portal showing that he didn't care about me as a patient. It was incredibly disappointing. When I tried to write back again, my account had been deactivated So hard to find a doctor that truly cares about his patients. Dr Bramwell certainly doesn't.

Key areas: Getting refills promptly addressed via portal and without having to place a call to let them know a request has been put in. Ensuring the RIGHT medication is being refilled. Follow up- if there's an issue with insurance or payment or test results or prescriptions, you will not receive a call. You might not even be notified on the portal. To get proper medical service, the patient needs to be on top of them for all the above reasons. If you are an active and engaged participant in your own medical care and are willing to double check things, you'll be fine here. I can say that, for me, I've seen some improvement from years past.

One of those people you are immediately at ease with. She always makes me feel like I'm in good hands! She's not just there to write a script and send you on your merry way...she actually listens to you and even picks up on things you don't think to mention. Front desk staff and nurses are also very sweet and welcoming! Even the phlebotomist is wonderful, I have to get blood taken frequently and have difficult veins to find so I have some horror stories...but she always finds my veins on the first stick. The wait times are excellent, I arrived early for a morning physical and they took me almost right away, about 15 minutes before my appointment, then I was in and out in an hour (which I appreciated as I had to get to work).
