If I could give less than one star, I would. I've been here 3 separate times, and each time have…read morethe same experience. Terrible customer service. When you walk in, it's like stepping back in time 15 year.... And not in a good way. The lady who works here is rude and unwelcoming. The only excuse for her strange behavior would be a personality disorder, which I will give her the benefit of the doubt. The first time I went there was to print and fax, but she was unable to help me because the computers were down. Ok.... The second visit was to fax. After the first few minutes of rude behavior, she loosened up a little bit. She was able to get the fax sent, but at a costly price. And the third visit was to print. $3 to use the Internet and $1 per page to print! I had 7 pages to print, and when I calculated it to be $10, she condescendingly scolded me, "No it's not!!!" But then she added it up herself only to realize I was correct. I left without being helped. There are other places in Kihei to copy and fax. I've heard that Longs drugs will make copies and Cafe @ la Plague has computers with Internet access, printers and fax. Also, the business center at the Marriott in Wailea is technically open to the public and I've used it in a pinch.

They left a word missing from the name of this business and you can insert it anywhere you want…read more Its "Gouge". I should have realized this place was going to be trouble when I walked in and overheard the customer in front of me arguing with the counter clerk about prices. The dead giveaway was the sign on the wall indicting $30/hour (self-serve) to use a late 90's PC, with a 15 minute minimum. $7.50 for using DOS? But hey, they did have a $45/hr assisted price! What a steal of a deal! So when it was my turn at the counter... Having already called 1 hour earlier to confirm they were a UPS drop-off point, had envelopes for shipping etc, I arrived with a single envelope to send. The clerk said she'd have to fill out the forms on the internet. OK, she walks over to a Dell laptop, opens the cover and PRESTO! I hear the whine of a 56k dial-up modem connecting to the internet? What's going on here? Nothing wrong with that, but remember they bill themselves as a business center and offer PCs at $30/hr? For dial-up? And to boot, in the midst of this process, the clerk informs me that the price from the UPS website isn't the price they charge. They add on a handling fee! Whoops. That wasn't mentioned an hour ago when I called. So how much, I naturally inquire? "Don't know", she says. "I'll have to look it up". Really? "Don't bother, you didn't say that an hour ago when I called", was my response as I was walking out. I guess because they're located on Kihei and serve mainly the tourist crowd, they think they can gouge customers at will because there's little chance they'll ever see them again? Don't bother going to this place unless you are allergic to money.
