SCAM ALERT - I'm not sure what is going on here but I signed up for monthly cleanings. They did not…read moreshow up for the first cleaning so I called and texted but never got a reply. I assumed I did something wrong so I hired someone else. I then kept getting email alerts that my next cleaning was coming up so, again, I left a voicemail AND texted to get a confirmation and, again, no one showed up. Now I worry because my credit card is on file. Scam or wildly unprofessional? You decide. Btw, they haven't charged me so that is a plus.
