There are so many things that they ok'd that were broken. The worst was the water heater situation. They basically said it was in good condition and it was literally rotted and rusted out all over the bottom causing it to flood in my house the day we got the keys. It was an extremely noticeable problem too so I don't see how he could have possibly "inspected" it. The plumber quoted me almost $7000 because we had to remove a whole wall. There were lots of tears on my part I won't lie. I won't go further into it but save yourself a lot of time and a crap ton of money and DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
