I had a potential case about a contractor installing the wrong sliding door and frame, which was retrofit and not new and not per contract at my single family home. The contractor is saying that it saved everyone time and money to install a retrofit door but its not what was promised in the contract or scope of work. Wayne told me to take it to small claims court ourselves and described the process and details. He asked the value of our case, and it's so small that most attorneys will not take it and qualifies for small claims. Anyway, if I have any bigger litigation in the future, I will definitely know to call Wayne.
