Nick is a legend. The head of Nick Hogarth Real Estate (funny that) is the Adelaide liaison between myself and my housemate and our Canberra landlord. When we first contacted him about the property we eventually ended up renting, he was so friendly right from the beginning. He spent a long time showing us through the house and talking to us about what we were looking for. He was quick to contact the landlord about us as possible tenants and even went as far as to tell her that we were perfect and to 'chuck all other applications in the bin' (legend). Since then he gave us the keys promptly, and helped us maintenance wise when we had a little bathroom situation which required some handymen.
