We had a new kitchen put in by Davis & Park last year. We had good assistance from Alice with design & she came up with some really good ideas. We found everyone there easy to communicate with. The Installation crew were very professional. We have had a couple of small problems since & they have come out & fixed them straight away. The only small issue I have is that the paint seems to chip & I wasn't aware of this. Excellent service all round & would strongly recommend this company to anyone wanting a new kitchen. read more

I received a brochure in the letterbox & kept it knowing that in several years Id be getting a new kitchen. Seeing the brochures I new the kitchens were custom made & quality. When it came to time to get prices & go ahead with a new kitchen I got 4 different quotes. 3 custom & 1 more standard. I was very insisted on what I wanted. I had planned it for 2 years. First of all Davis & Park were the only ones to offer advice & suggestions when they saw flaws in my design. Others said, ok we can make it work but never stated the REALITY of the problems if we went ahead with our own design. Lloyd came & helped design what has been the most perfect kitchen for me. I have chronic back issues & rheumatoid so this was taken into consideration as I aged & issue would worsen. Then there was Rachel who helped with choosing profiles, drawers, cupboards & the extra information needed for the kitchen to look fantastic as well as function great. Now for the Installation!!! WOW.......... Starting from Tim who measured to perfection then Bill & team who actually installed the kitchen over several days, I have nothing but absolute High Praise for these guys. They really know what they are doing & just got on with it....nothing was too much trouble....I realised a few things that I'd chosen with height etc were wrong & they adjusted them with a smile & a no problem attitude!! They treated myself, husband & our home with such respect!! If only all tradesmen were like Bill & men! Thank you everyone involved, start to FABULOUS finish. We are so grateful for what is a dream kitchen. PS. We also got them to make & install a television unit which was to be built into a recessed fireplace. They made it again to perfection. Again thank you for a flawless renovation. A very old house comes with difficulties when you start a Reno but you guys work around each challenge. By the way. We got prices from some big well known companies. Australia wide with great reputations. This company was the most expensive but I knew from the first meeting that they were the company for me. read more

Our kitchen was installed 5 years ago and initially we were reasonably happy with the process despite a sensor light not working, which they blamed on us despite us proving it was their electricians fault. Also the kick boards did not join correctly which took 12 months and two repair visits to have fixed. The tradies who came for the original install were nice to deal with. Approximately 2 years ago we encountered paint splitting in several locations in the kitchen which are not related to wear and tear. The only response to our complaints is that we must have caused it, which is untrue. After several calls over nearly 2 years and finally an inspection, they admitted other customers had noticed similar issues and requested our tin of touch-up paint for colour matching and they would replace the worst affected section. We were notified of an install date and we removed our fridge and freezer to allow for the install. The date came and went with no one turning up and no communication. We called and were told they weren't happy with the product they manufactured and couldn't say when the repair would be done. Now 3 months later we have gone back in to collect our paint to try and fix the damage ourselves only to find they have used almost all of the touch-up paint. When I questioned the amount of paint remaining Lloyd said they only provide a small quantity of touch-up paint anyway and they wouldn't have used our paint. Lloyd and Phil have lied to us throughout the process and I strongly warn anyone from using their services. I'd be happy to be contacted if any potential customers would like to hear our story. They appear very nice initially but just hope you don't have anything go wrong! read more
