A friend said get a quote from them before you decide, you will be surprised. And surprised I was! They came in cheaper than the Spotlight quote ( which had a hefty discount ) and the quality was better ! Nicki knows her stuff being in the industry for 50 years and wouldnt let me make a prompt decision until she visited my home to reconfirm the colours and fabric would work. We discussed how each opening would be used to come up with the most user friendly options. Nicki was honest and not pushy and took her time with me to ensure I was going to be happy with everything from fabrics, style, colour and configuration. The installer was very professional and considerate of my purchase and home, bringing everything he would need including a ladder with foam on the feet so it didnt scratch my floors and wearing white cotton gloves when handling my light coloured curtains. I was kept up to date with timing and delivery and install was prompt, without any complications. There are a couple of things which set Redecorate apart. The first is that they specialise in recycled curtains. By this, I do not mean something you could pick up at Vinnies, these are really high quality and heavy weight. As anyone who has redone the furnishings in their house in earnest knows, curtains are bloody expensive! What a great idea to up-cycle them like this. They have a bunch of furniture in the store and plenty more in storage, most of it in Victorian and Georgian styles. They also offer a home styling service, that's right, they'll come to your house and do it for you and chances are they've already got all the gear on hand to do it!
