I felt totally comfortable and assured it would be fixed correctly and at a fair price. It was and at a very fair price! Well, Jay delivered. In fact, he went above and beyond the norm lately for most auto repair shops. He checked the tire pressure, the fluids, topping them all off. Plus, with our pathfinder almost twenty years old. He did a full inspection of the undercarriage, suspension, and brakes. No additional charges. When I drove out, I KNEW my car was fixed correctly and safe. An elderly lady took her vehicle to Gordie's for a simple headlight bulb replacement and ended up with a broken head light assembly that now leaks water when it rains. Gordie's refuses to rectify the problem and to add insult to injury provided a lengthy fabricated list of unneeded repairs that would add up to thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. Fortunately this senior lady had the wherewithal to refuse additional business with Gordie's and instead took her vehicle to another auto repair shop that took care of her ethically and honestly. Bottom line - stay away from this dishonest repair shop.
