So much wrong here. For starters the customer service is awful. They are not polite. The customer is always at fault for any problems. They lack decent courtesy. The entrance and exit are collisions waiting to happen. The vacuum area is stuck in a tight spot behind the car wash, and cars entering the car wash have no clear way past the cars in the vacuum area. The funnel system into the car wash itself is the worst - there is no way to sort out which car from the two entrance lanes should go first. Why have two entrance lanes for one car wash lane? It is annoying and dangerous every time. I have seen cars get into fender venders in the car wash itself, which should be impossible. They try to cram cars through so fast they cause accidents. And, of course, they blame the customers. There are other car washes nearby. Use one of them. Avoid this place. read more

My whole family and I were Unlimited subscribers to this business for years. They had a small mishap and slightly damaged my car with their equipment. They blamed ME for it and couldn't have cared any less. Loyalty means nothing to this chain. Could've fixed the damage they caused for $1,000. Instead they told me to pay for it myself and get lost. To begin with, the car wash is mediocre. Definitely wasn't a clean car...left spots all over it and even missed some areas that didn't get cleaned at all. . I canceled my membership after the one month because the $19.99 special was up but they continued to bill my credit card $41.63, even though I canceled my membership. A few weeks after I signed up for their promotion my husband signed up for the same promotion of $19.99 unlimited car washes for one month. When he returned for a second wash he was not allowed. He just got home and called the executive office and spoke to a very rude girl that wouldn't allow him to speak. She continually talked over him and when he asked her to please allow him to talk she put him on hold for several minutes,Twice, and after a 30 minute conversation he was told that he only paid for a one time car wash. He said the attendant did the transaction and must have done it wrong. Why would he pay $20 for a one time car wash when there was a promotion of $20 for a full month of car washes? She just said she'd take the 41.63 off from the over charge on my account and never offered a thing for the mistake they made with his account! She was beyond rude and never once apologized for all the errors. my advice is....stay away from Hoffman Car Wash! They are not worth the lousy car washes and you"ll probably be over charged or charged wrong. It's been nothing but a huge headache. read more

I love the idea of a carwash that you can pay a monthly fee for unlimited wash, and not have to worry. I purchased a 3-month subscription at the Hoffman's off of Route 50. And in comparison to that one, I'd say this new facility is equal, if not better, in its washing ability. The spot free rinse is definitely better, that is for sure. I didn't give it a 5-star rating due to fact that the set-up of the facility is terrible. When I saw it being built, I was excited to have a location closer to my area, and was hoping it wasn't laid out as bad as the one in Wilton. Unfortunately that was just a dream. Although, with the great staff who are always around to assist with the touch screens, and mirror folding, this place is winning me over. Oh yeah, they have free vacuums! Went for a traditional exterior wash and left feeling somehow violated. There was no one at the kiosk to assist. Somehow I ended up agreeing to them billing my credit card $45 per month for unlimited washes per month. Not what I wanted. I would never pay $45 per month to have my car washed that many times per month. When I finally got to the attendant just before my car got into the wash cycle, he stuck a barcode on my windshield and informed me I can cancel at anytime. That tells me other customers felt hoodwinked also. Stop it, Hoffmans. You are tricking people into buying stuff they do not want or need. I find this practice unethical. read more

This is the worst of the Hoffman car washes. They never pre-wash the car, even when the car is covered in winter road dirt. The hatch is never fully cleaned and the car comes out full of white spots. I'm discontinuing my membership. read more

I have been a regular customer here for over a year without incident but recently had my car damaged. Unfortunately, management does not appear to be accepting responsibility. After interviewing some of the past employees, this seems to be a common occurrence. If you go and your car is damaged and you believe it was not your fault, please message me I believe there is a an option available to resolve the problem for all injured parties and prevent future problems for others as well. read more

Love the unlimited car washes. The upkeep on this property is bar none.

No self service. 2 guys look at you like robots. No prewash. I went thru and only soap sprayed on my car! Wtf! I circled around and he let me go again saying maybe the sensor failed.
