I first drove through the car wash then parked it so they could give the interior a good clean up. I watched from the customer waiting area and I saw a small team of guys do a wipe down and vacuum. Within 15 minutes or so they were done. The rubber mats throughout were cleaned and everything was vacuumed and wiped down and the car smelled fresh. I am one happy customer! I ran my car through a $20 car wash and it came out dirty. I could still see marks around the…read morewindows. When I called they told me I had to complain when I was there or they wouldn't do anything about it. The line on Fridays is wrapped around the block and the car wash itself takes less than three minutes. I pay a couple bucks more to not have to complain and get my car re-washed.

And in comparison to that one, I'd say this new facility is equal, if not better, in its washing ability. The spot free rinse is definitely better, that is for sure. I didn't give it a 5-star rating due to fact that the set-up of the facility is terrible. When I saw it being built, I was excited to have a location closer to my area, and was hoping it wasn't laid out as bad as the one in Wilton. Unfortunately that was just a dream. Although, with the great staff who are always around to assist with the touch screens, and mirror folding, this place is winning me over. Oh yeah, they have free vacuums! Thats a huge plus!

So much wrong here. For starters the customer service is awful. They are not polite. The customer…read moreis always at fault for any problems. They lack decent courtesy. The entrance and exit are collisions waiting to happen. The vacuum area is stuck in a tight spot behind the car wash, and cars entering the car wash have no clear way past the cars in the vacuum area. The funnel system into the car wash itself is the worst - there is no way to sort out which car from the two entrance lanes should go first. Why have two entrance lanes for one car wash lane? It is annoying and dangerous every time. I have seen cars get into fender venders in the car wash itself, which should be impossible. They try to cram cars through so fast they cause accidents. And, of course, they blame the customers. There are other car washes nearby. Use one of them. Avoid this place.

First of all let me say that a year ago (Sept 2025) the service tech said that Mohr was bought by…read moreanother company and he did not expect their service to get better but thought it will likely get worse. He was correct. It did get worse just like he predicted. Mohr's front desk jockey assured me if I schedule an appointment a week ahead of time they will schedule the work to be doen quickly. Then on the day we scheduled the work the desk jockey said that if I drop off the vehicle a 7:30 am they would inspect it quickly. They did not do it quickly. They had it all day and when I called at 4:30pm to ask what was going on... The service tech lied about texting me and emailing me earlier in the day to say it was ready. They never had my email so never could have even tried. Checked text and emails. NOTHING. Mohr's cost me money to not have my vehicle for work all day long. Mohrs cost me inconvenience getting a ride to and from and disrupted my schedules for the day. Mohr's uses lies to mislead and is dishonest with customers. Mohrs will not get any of my business. If you value honesty and integrity Avoid going there for work on your vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for service Is my recommendation.
