After going through trial and error, my family is happy to have settled on this group. We chose Dr. Barry as my daughter's dentist, but it appears all the other dentists are good as well. The front desk staff is great and the hygienists are excellent with the kids. They do a great job cleaning the teeth and they are gentle. The kids have no complaints. There are few private rooms for dentist exams and cleaning. These rooms have flat screen tvs hooked up ready for viewing sitting forward and leaning back. All the patient charting is electronic, including digital xrays. There is also a large room with multiple dentists chairs, which isn't so private. If there's a negative, that would be it. There are no tvs there. After their exams or checkup, the kids are allowed to go into a prize bin, and pick out a little knick knack and they go home with free dental related goodies. I'm delighted to bring my kids to East Brunswick Pediatric Dentistry. I trust them with my kids teeth for years to come.

After calls going back and forth between North Brunswick and Greenbrook, Greenbrook finally called and said they would see my daughter, but I had to register her as a new patient, for whatever reason they would not transfer her file. It finally comes time to make her appointment and there are insurance issues. The office was completely unhelpful in trying to resolve them. The issue is finally resolved, and I made an appointment for my daughter two weeks or more ahead of schedule. I called to confirm the appointment, confirm the insurance, and let them know a different family member would be taking her. My family member showed up with my daughter only to be told they wouldn't see her- again because of insurance. When I called to find out what was going on, I asked to speak to the office manager or the person who handled the insurance, which I know to be a woman. Instead, after some whispering the young man who answered the phone came back on claiming to be said person. I was then told that someone tried to contact me and cancel the appointment but my mailbox was full. There were NO MISSED CALLS of any kind, my voicemail box WAS NOT FULL, and even if that were the case there is a secondary number and email to reach me. Smile Express knew full well their contract with HBCBS would be ending September 1, and my appointment was scheduled for September 2. Their attempt to contact me was on August 29th. This office is full of nothing but disrespectful liars and I pray that no one continues to use them.
