However, Yourchuck's was not willing to do a delivery that weekend. Plus the appliance selection was better at Jenneman's than Yourchuck's. When we…read morewere trying to return it the front end manager made no apologies for our issue and told us that we had to accept in store credit for the return due to how long ago it was paid for (as if we chose to wait months for an item we wanted immediately and then received the broken item). When trying to explain that we did not want in store credit, she would talk over me, and acted as though we were bothering her. Zero customer service skills much less any persuasive skills to try and show us the possible benifits of an in store credit. Instead she showed no interest in us or our issue. Beware when ordering an out of stock item from Menards. If it comes to you broken the manager will treat you like garbage for trying to return it for a refund.
