After I listened to her complain about her life for most of my appointment she told me I would have to come back for another appointment in A couple months. So after almost being run over by the stray dog running around the office, I made it to the front where the front desk girls were to schedule me. I was trying to coordinate with the one girl when the doctor came flying up behind them yelling and screaming about something with another patient and threw what appeared to be this persons medical chart right at both of them while screaming profanities!!! I was appalled! Both girls had tears in their eyes and apologized for the interruption, then continued trying to schedule me. I told them not to be sorry, that that was extremely unprofessional and I would no longer be scheduling another appointment after that outburst. Unbelievable display of unprofessionalism. It's a wonder how she is even in business still. To those poor girls, I hope you got out Of there in one piece. Horrible!!!

They also took back the 20% new costumer discount. So for returning 2 pairs of $110 stockings, I am getting $60 back. Not good customer service.

Finding a doctor when you move into a new community can be a little daunting. First of all, going…read moreto the doctor is something that guys tend to avoid for the most part, and I'm no exception in that category. I wasn't happy with the clinic thing where you go in and get treated by the "Dr. of the Day". I mean those work in a pinch when you need something fairly urgent, etc., but if I'm going to work with someone and partner on my health, I want someone that is going to be "my" doctor on a regular basis, that knows my history, and talks to me like an equal rather than acting all superior. Oh, and when I'm not feeling well, I'm not in a joking mood either, so I don't like doctors that act like comedians. Okay, that may have been sharing too much, but you have to understand why I like Dr. Gahl. He is really intelligent, but doesn't act like he has to prove it to you. He is kind and compassionate, while being prompt and efficient at seeing everyone. He has his own private practice and is not aligned with either of the two major hospitals in the area. While most doctors fall into one camp or the other, he works independently and will work with your medical needs at either hospital, your choice. Dr. Gahl has been "my" doctor for years now and I like him. He treats people with respect and is interested in your life, as well as your well being.
