They use modern medical software for medical records. A model that other clinics would do well to emulate. The only reason they lack a fifth star is their Byzantine pricing scheme. No one at the clinic appears to know what anything costs. If you don't have insurance, you may pay 5x the price for a procedure. However, the rates negotiated with insurers are completely reasonable. I was informed that they tack on a "processing fee" for certain immunizations that may not be covered by insurance (which is why I went to Walgreens for my shot). Since I have insurance, I highly recommend and delight in this clinic. Get the MyAdvocateAurora app if you are a patient here. It's Epic. Plus, it makes it easer to see appointments, get test results, and pay bills.
