I cannot stress enough how amazing and positive my recent experience has been with Caleb David. I…read morehad a friend recommend Caleb to me about 2-months ago. I was not actually looking to relocate our business at the time, however she told me it would be good for the two of us to connect. Caleb immediately made it a priority to set up a meeting in our office, despite his very busy schedule. We had a great meeting and through that meeting, Caleb connected our team to two other contacts within the commercial construction business. He takes networking and making connections to a whole new level. Fast forward two months and we found ourselves in a very tough situation with our lease at the time. I reached out to Caleb and within 3-days he had preview appointments booked and within 7-days after that we had signed a new lease. He helped put us in touch with a great attorney to review our new lease and made the process easy and stress-free. Through this process, we realized we have several connections in common, which has been amazing. The other thing that has been amazing about this process is Caleb's dedication to timely communication and to ensuring that all of my many questions were answered. Caleb never made me feel as though my lack of knowledge about the commercial leasing industry was an issue. He patiently answered my questions and helped me to understand the process. All of the above took place while in the midst of one of the most difficult times in our World History and while he was trying to launch a brand new partnership with some other amazing folks. Not once did I feel as though Caleb did not have the time to dedicate to our team. Thank you, Caleb & Thrive Commercial Partners.... I am looking forward to doing business again in the future!

Craddock Columbine Realty Company - Broken curb he refuses to repair

Craddock is the developer of our community on the near west side and has let us down consistently…read morefor the past 4 years. He is unreliable, does not do a thing he says he will, does not enforce the HOA rules, frankly doesn't even know what they are. He can't or won't keep the builders in line so we have lived with noisy, messy construction sites for years now. The landscaping is shockingly bad, particularly considering the price point of this development. Most of the trees and shrubs he put in are more dead than alive. The areas he seeded are nothing but weeds and some areas he hasn't landscaped at all. Our brand new sidewalks are cracked. We have to clean up construction debris and pick weeds ourselves despite the fact that he charges us for landscaping services. Perhaps most disturbing is that we have serious concerns about our finances. He hires, then fires a new HOA manager about every year making accountability impossible. This seems intentional so he always has someone else to blame. He raised our HOA dues by a huge percentage without proper notice or explanation. We have zero amenities so its unclear what he is doing with this money. His mismanagement resulted in some intermingling of our account with other Craddock Commercial funds and then paying himself interest from our HOA fund. At the very least, this is a clear breach of his fiduciary duties. Dealing with Craddock has been and continues to be disappointing and extremely frustrating.

I thoroughly enjoy the community events they host outside of the space as well. They are invested in supporting locals and local. Their Thursday cocktail hour is always great conversation. It's a fantastic place to meet passionate, educated, kind, & humorous people of various backgrounds and expertise. The space itself is laidback and very clean. There is music on in the background, but not too loud. Some days people are chatty and engaging, other times everyone is getting some good work done. I appreciate their kitchen and offerings of coffee, tea, sparkling waters, sodas, and snacks. They have a space for community/event advertising on their main screens/emails on a case by case basis. A few community discounts as well. For bigger printing projects, I sometimes will rely on the library or a locally-owned printing shop down the road. They have a great laminator, and other helpful supplies/tools. Their private meeting rooms are cozy and comfortable as well. Lots of amazing, big personalities here. If you're meant to enjoy the space, you will love it very quickly and find your people! Best coworking space in Colorado Springs, hands down.
