The outdoor seating is great for people watching, but does get really packed on a nice day. (Especially on Saturday's during the market at Domplatz) The music inside is also cool with Berlin-ish vibes. Can almost always find a seat inside or downstairs. Only downside is that they don't have any beer on tap! Only serve bottled beer.

I went there for a Christmas dinner with my family last year and it was good, but nobody was really impressed with their meal. It's pretty expensive also (they had a multiple course option for Christmas time dinner), so for the price we expected to have some very good food. Would definitely return for the daytime ambiance and drinks, but probably not for the food.

In warm weather you can also sit outside on the terrace. Since I didn't eat, I won't comment on the food, but looks like a great place to spend some time (but judging from the menu a bit pricey). The cafe is ideally situated, just being within a short walking distance from the main station. I found the atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The seating area is divided by a short staircase into two sections. There is a notice board near the main entrance which includes local events/concerts announcements. The cafe is equipped with a mix of simple wooden tables, comfy benches, round dining sets, a magazine rack, etc. The menu is not extensive but sufficient. The cafe serves salads, soups, pizzas, desserts, and small plate dishes like baked potato, falafel, etc. Don't forget to check out the daily specials which are offered in addition to the menu items. The Herrencreme was yummy, not overly sweet, and something we would definitely want to try making at home. Alas, Münster does not have its own beer, so we tried one from Dortmund, Brinkhoff's No. 1. Also had a Radaberger. Beer is presented very seriously here, wilth own, labeled glass and a labeled skirt and sometimes coaster, too! https://kleiner-kiepenkerl.de
