As he later wanted to change it, they took his time and his money and drafted a new last will and testament that NOTHING even close to what he had asked for. Then, although he asked her to not draft another last will and testament until we had a meeting, she went ahead and did so anyway. We then scheduled what ended up being an hour long call with Katherine Koepsell and she was rude, short, and difficult to deal with the entire time to my kind, and thoughtful elderly dad. They had no problem sending him. a bill for almost a thousand dollars, even though no document that what was what he requesting was ever produced. In the end, he ended up having to shred his last will and testament and died intestate. So now because of their incompetence we are going through the stress of probate. Stay away from this firm and especially Katherine Koepsell, they are incompetent, extremely rude, and care nothing about their clients. It's really a shame that they are in business. Not sure if anyone has used this attorney as a defense lawyer for a mental health crisis - but…read moredon't! My husband was having a bipolar incident - not severe - but enough to know he needed help by a professional. The crisis counselors stated the only way they could help was for us to contact the police department if he wasn't acting right - so they could have documentation and go from there to determine the type of help they could provide. We stupidly listened to the crisis counselors. The only thing which was accomplished was the police got mad and said the next time you call - someone was going to go to jail. This was a cry for help to get in touch with a crisis mental health counselor. This instead resulted in charges for domestic abuse for a tap on the shoulder - nothing more. The cry was for help - not for some bogus charge as a result of "bugging the police department". How wrong. So after being charged, Attorney Snow was contacted and he actually intimidated my husband into believing he could help get him out of the charge. Instead - the only thing he accomplished was to make himself $3000 richer. We are totally disappointed in the legal representation. This attorney has a potty mouth and was saying the f word to my husband on the phone as he didn't want to be bothered after the case was done. We are NOT happy campers!
