I regret so much ignoring the red flags that immediately popped up after hiring him. Not only did we not get any answers regarding our case from Mr Reback, less than one week after paying him his retainer fee we didn't hear from him at all. When asking a question regarding our case, he actually referred us to another attorney. Thankfully, we did contact that attorney. We received more information in our initial consultation with the new attorney than we did in a month after retaining Joseph Reback. We hired her immediately. We asked for the balance of our retainer from Joseph Reback, and he of course claimed that he did use the entire retainer. Unbelievable! On what??? We gained absolutely nothing for our money spent, other than the recommendation of a good attorney. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for legal services.
