This was after I had called my regular pest control company who refused to help me. He seems very adept at handing unusual pest problems, and I'm so glad we have a resource like him. He was very helpful in giving me the benefit of his experience working with this particular problem (birds), and when I had a small issue with a part of the spikes coming down a year later, he came right out the next day and reattached for me. I am a senior and it's hard for me to reach higher places. Jake is reliable, friendly and reasonable and I would recommend his company in a heartbeat. In fact if my current pest control company gives me reason to take my business elsewhere, he's the one I'll choose!

I say inspect because all he did was remove the cover from the attic & use his flashlight to look @ the roof. He didn't bring a ladder so he used mine ‍, his head didn't breach the doorway or past the foot of insulation. He said it's probably rats but didn't recommend putting down any rat killer because it would attract more. He then looked at my roof & saw how the critters are getting in & said I'm probably hearing the plastic scrape across my roof. ‍...... So he came & didn't do any interventions, the critters lived on. Onto another company!! Thanks for wasting your time & mine. If you don't handle animals in the attic say so in the beginning. How can you say it's rats when you didn't even go in the attic to look around?
