We tentatively agreed on the options and then he was supposed to come out the next day at 4pm to compare replacement shingle color with new one. He never showed. I called him and left a voicemail the following day and no response even 3 days later. I text him and heard nothing. Completely unprofessional and unfortunately par for the course with many of the contractors in watertown.

Many excuses and issues as to why a simple one week job takes months and months on end. Not very professional in my honest opinion and would never recommend them to anyone for any job, no matter the size. We are now in the process of filing a legal case and BBB complaint against them, as my elderly father made the mistake of paying them up front, after being told by William, that they needed money for materials. Beware....this company uses other names and numbers online. North Country Builders, North Country Roofing, & Coyote Builders. William Gray (or Grey) is the shitbird crook.
