I have been doing business with KFC for over 55 years now. Now and then they mess up an order and…read moreforget something. Recently I was charged $2 more than the price on the bill they sent me. I order online hoping for fewer mistakes with my food. I'm always nice about things and simply request missing items when mistakes are made. They however, see people who expect to get what they pay for as people having "issues". My entire family living at this address is now unable to order KFC online. We are on a do not deliver to this address list. We pay for our food, tip well, never abuse anyone or raise our voices. Yet we have been blackballed and singled out for punishment and discrimination because we ask them to make good on messed up orders. Buyer Beware. This business does not respect its customers. In addition one time we got ripped open dips and pop cans slathered in mayo. It took the local health department coming in to do something to change that. Though I didn't complain about it, one of the last times they filled one of my orders they sent me a rotten chicken leg that was black with rot in part. It wasn't over cooked, it was rotten. I had to throw it in the garbage as it would have made someone sick to eat it. I won't even mention the time a driver once mocked me doing a retarded dolphin impersonation or some such thing, after I had complained of being shorted on an order. Manager admitted doing so and promised to send out missing dips and chicken tender, only sent the tender, the driver copped the attitude I mentioned. The Colonel would be rolling in his grave if he were aware of this customer abuse done in his name. Shameful.

Mutton curry was great but wow you order any lamb curry at half the other Indian spots here or anywhere and you're getting a proper takeout containers worth. When I went to the counter no one was there for me to tell them this . This is because every single staff member was crowded around the kitchen area joking around about what they were doing that evening in so e big kitchen clean up. There sat my burger. About 5 minutes later a trainee brought the coffee to the burger... Finally a young lady with red hair started making my mcflurry...but she stopped half way and carried it back to the kitchen to talk to the males there. Then she decided to show the trainee how to make the mcflurry. Then the trainee brought the food on a tray even though it was take out. The takeout error no big deal. Crowding around having a joke session is not cool while a customer watches half his food get cold. But what is really UNC ool is the blatant flippant attitude the manager had when I brought this up. ...this is not a new situation. Ever since you brought in 2 drive through lanes...the speed and accuracy of the drive through has gone way down The kiosks were supposed to make things quicker....but every time I order through a kiosk it takes longer and often there are mistakes. Now mobile and skip the dishes orders seem to be the priority. McDonalds used to be an icon for teaching young people how to be successful business people....what happened?...I bet that location cost more than $2 million in its current state....many people are starting to make comments just like I have....time to go back to basics guys.
