The initial contractor that was supposed to put in our screened porches and doors completely failed us. They were in the original build bid, but totally neglected and we were left with some scraggly old posts that were twisted and warped. We called Brad Jacobson, and he responded within two days, he showed up at our homes and we went over all of our options, he was very clear in all of the things we could expect and choose. There was a slight delay in materials showing up, but when wasn't there in 2022, but once everything arrived, things got rolling. The screened porches and doors are not only beautiful, they are strong and sturdy, they really work well keeping out all the little bugs as well as enhance the look of our home immensely. Now we can really enjoy our porches no matter what time of year, without any fear of mosquitoes or bees etc. Thank you Brad, I know it's been a couple of months since they were installed but we wanted to give them some time to see if anything would change. The week that the workers arrived was one of the hottest of the year with daily temperatures exceeding 105 degrees each day. In spite of the miserable weather conditions, the work was completed on time and the results were exceptional. Despite this, the company has refused to issue a refund for the $8,000.00 charge, stating via email that they do not have the funds necessary to process the refund. As a result, I am pursuing legal action to recover these funds. This dispute has been ongoing since May 2025. The owners, Tim and Lori Richardson, are responsible for the company. I am at a loss as to how a company can take $8,000.00 from a customer without providing any products or services.
