The most recent time I was in there I had a hard time finding the pants I wanted in black but my husband doesn't have to have black so I picked some other colors, they pants needed to be hemmed and the price for that service was very inexpensive. The sales lady told me they would probably be ready on Wednesday, Monday afternoon I got a call saying the pants were ready. I was very happy with this shopping trip and my previous trips have been about the same.

I normally would go in to shop, but given COVID19 I decided to shop online this time. They post specials on their socials (which prompted me to order) and are constantly adding new items. I'm a big fan of the North State Candles they carry and the baby room/items as more of my friends have kids. They also will do custom design work for cards, wedding, etc! Highly recommend checking them out when you're out this way or shopping online!

I wanted something unique and Susan was able to help create the perfect wedding invitations that I had envisioned. They were absolutely beautiful! As we talked about the reception, Susan offered great suggestions. We had her do koozies, cocktail napkins, and favors (lottery ticket holders). She also did vinyl on several signs including our exit sign, menu, and welcome sign. We even went to her for our table seating chart. She was a one-stop shop! She knew the exact shade of colors I wanted and created a logo that went on everything. It all tied together beautifully. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. My family has been waiting for a bedroom set from them (Ashley Furniture) since Sept 2021. We had…read moreto reach out every month for an update from this store. Very nice floor sales lady, but zero communication from them. After 6 months of waiting, we were told we could take the floor model. We showed up at the time we were told to show up. I had to help the store employee pull the furniture off of the display area, after waiting 30 minutes for the store mover to show up. We spent thousands dollars with the company across outdoor furniture, bedroom furniture and mattresses. (We could have paid for a used car with the amount we spent). We were told for 6 months that they couldn't get it from Ashley. We've purchased numerous items directly from Ashley and have gotten them while we waited on Bargain Furniture to not communicate with us. After making payment on the items we picked up, I can canceled the remaining items on order. Just found them in stock online, cheaper. Moral of the story; if you want to wait for months on end without communication and limitless empty promises, shop here. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere. BTW, no refunds, no exchanges. That should have been our red flag for business operations here.

The store currently allows 9 people at a time, but is set up for maximum spaciousness. It was very bright and clean inside, and the employees all had masks on. The brand is more high end, so you should expect higher prices than your traditional department stores, but the clothes are made better. Currently, there are amazing sales!! We were assisted by Emily D. and she offered so much help. She gave so much insight on each piece we were considering and it was helpful to know, so we could avoid returning clothes since we are unable to try things on during the pandemic. However, she did offer us a free FedEx label for returns (just in case). She picked out jeans for me with the right size and style I prefer without me ever telling her my preferences! She went above and beyond and it was truly an enjoyable shopping experience, which is rarely said during this crazy time. The team that was working today truly influenced my husband and me to continue to shop with Lucky Brand. Those women truly deserve recognition and I hope they do receive it from the company.
