The customer service and manager is awful. The sale associate Grace did not explain the delivery…read moreprocess at all. She just ask if we want it delivered and we said yes. However when the couch was delivered it was left outside in the wet grass and half of the couch was missing. My girlfriend who I lived with was asking them how am I supposed to bring this inside by myself. Why would they just leave that there in the wet grass. She got frustrated and wanted answers why it wasn't brought in. After she drove back to Sunk and bright. They told her they wouldn't give any discounts at all for the inconvenience. She broke out crying. She came back and I was finally back home and ask what happen she told me. I then brought the couch in by myself and realized that the other half is missing after taking the plastic off. I then drove back to the furniture store with my girlfriend. She show me who the manager was. I explained everything to him and told him there missing half the order. He then said let's see if they can deliver this a different time. That wasn't an option because the whole couch was supposed to be delivered not half. I then told him he needs to train his sales team about telling the customer about there delivery process. We would have been happy to pay for someone to carry the couch up and not deal with this. But Grace never explained that. He then argued with me and said I'm 100 percent confident that she did. Then Grace step in and said oh hey I did explain there's two different deliveries which wasn't true. I told her that was not true and stop gas lighting us. I then told her to leave us alone and I'm dealing with the manager. Grace stood there looking at me with anger. That being said I ask if they can give us any discounts or anything and they could not besides delivering the other half of the couch. This place needs to work on getting new manager and not hiring staff like Grace. We will never be back and for anyone else, save your time and spend your money elsewhere.

One word to describe this place: overwhelming…read more I was in complete shock when I stumbled upon this store while walking thru Destiny USA mall for the 1st time. This place is huge (like a Costco but for home goods). I was completely confused about what I wanted for my house when I came here because the selection is massive. I am used to going to a home goods store and having very few options so making decisions is pretty fast. They have everything you could possibly need for your house here (art, nightstands, patio furniture, couches, beds, curtains, kitchen supplies, organizers, pillows, etc.). What I am most in awe of is the variety of styles they have. They have tons of very updated/trendy stuff (like Bohemian chic, mod, etc.) but also lots of classic style furniture pieces. Every single style of furniture I could ever wish for was all here. Their prices aren't exactly super cheap but they aren't super expensive either. You can definitely shop around for some deals with their clearance section. I got some candles, candle holders, plant pots, and vintage-looking decor items here. If you didn't park your car near their exterior entrance, like I did, you can leave your stuff there and then text them to bring your stuff out for you when you bring your car around to their curbside entrance. My heart was overjoyed and my brain was frantically racing the entire time I was in here looking at everything. My only wish is that this store exists in more cities (in case I move in the future).

We first met with Kurt (or Curt?*) who welcomed us upon entering the store. Once my husband and I found a large sectional we were interested in, Kurt informed us of the material and stated how he actually had the same piece and loves it. He included how this specific piece had just been placed out on their floor and came from a floor sample from Florida. He made the whole transaction a breeze. My husband and I rented a u-haul truck and the Raymour staff in the back helped us package and load it into our rented van. We've been visiting every single week in hopes of finding more pieces to add into our home. Each time we walk in we are greeted by the same staff who recognize us and it has started to feel like a second home. I look forward to the days we are able to go and shop! Great prices, great service, and wonderful furnishing options.

Oh and they sell Vampons, which are black tampons in a coffin case!!! For a small store there is a lot of good stuff. Personally I walked away with a great VOTE shirt and a gorgeous pair of gold and black earrings, and along with a few gifts for friends. The store owner is very nice and clearly curates the shop well. It's friendly to witchy-people, elder emos, old school goths, rockers, alternative, etc. Parking- it's street parking in the village of Liverpool for cars, it's near a bus route stop, and bike parking...well...people know how to get creative with locking up if they're on bikes.
