I picked up a meaningful painting from an artist in Brooklyn! And, the first 10-20 people in receive a "goodie gift" on the way out. I purchased a Movie Man recliner by Ashley at Dunk and Bright on January 14, 2026 and it was…read moredelivered a few weeks later. I found that the lever on this recliner didn't work. Excessive force is required to get it to close. I asked for a repair or replacement. The repair man called saying it would be weeks for the part to come in and I said that I can't wait that long. It was replaced by an exact duplicate, even down to the color. The second one doesn't work either. It's an expensive piece of garbage that only my cat can use. I can't get the lever to work and if I push the end of the recliner with my foot so it will go back in, that doesn't work either. I called their store and was told that I won't get a refund of the white glove delivery fee. I kept saying over and over "but It doesn't work," to which the woman on the other and of the line kept repeating her mantra that it was delivered. Sorry, but that excuse doesn't work. This falls under not fit for ordinary use under warranty law. I shouldn't have to use excessive force to close it. I want a total refund. I paid $758.16 including tax and the white glove delivery fee. I also paid the delivery guys (first recliner) $40 in a tip. Altogether Dunk and Bright owes me $798.16. I want my money back NOW. My primary care provider told me to keep my legs elevated. I have lymphedema. I NEEDED this thing to work. I am disabled and am still recovering from major abdominal surgery. I am very angry. It shouldn't be this hard to get help. This product is defective.

This place is huge (like a Costco but for home goods). I was completely confused about what I wanted for my house when I came here because the selection is massive. I am used to going to a home goods store and having very few options so making decisions is pretty fast. They have everything you could possibly need for your house here (art, nightstands, patio furniture, couches, beds, curtains, kitchen supplies, organizers, pillows, etc.). What I am most in awe of is the variety of styles they have. They have tons of very updated/trendy stuff (like Bohemian chic, mod, etc.) but also lots of classic style furniture pieces. Every single style of furniture I could ever wish for was all here. Their prices aren't exactly super cheap but they aren't super expensive either. You can definitely shop around for some deals with their clearance section. I got some candles, candle holders, plant pots, and vintage-looking decor items here. If you didn't park your car near their exterior entrance, like I did, you can leave your stuff there and then text them to bring your stuff out for you when you bring your car around to their curbside entrance. My heart was overjoyed and my brain was frantically racing the entire time I was in here looking at everything. My only wish is that this store exists in more cities (in case I move in the future).

We first met with Kurt (or Curt?*) who welcomed us upon entering the store. Once my husband and I found a large sectional we were interested in, Kurt informed us of the material and stated how he actually had the same piece and loves it. He included how this specific piece had just been placed out on their floor and came from a floor sample from Florida. He made the whole transaction a breeze. My husband and I rented a u-haul truck and the Raymour staff in the back helped us package and load it into our rented van. We've been visiting every single week in hopes of finding more pieces to add into our home. Each time we walk in we are greeted by the same staff who recognize us and it has started to feel like a second home. I look forward to the days we are able to go and shop! Personally I walked away with a great VOTE shirt and a gorgeous pair of gold and black earrings, and along with a few gifts for friends. The store owner is very nice and clearly curates the shop well. It's friendly to witchy-people, elder emos, old school goths, rockers, alternative, etc. Parking- it's street parking in the village of Liverpool for cars, it's near a bus route stop, and bike parking...well...people know how to get creative with locking up if they're on bikes.
