Lake Worth Hobby Lobby is HORRIBLE, do not shop there. I have shopped at this location my entire life. I work at the Lake Worth Florist which my family also owns. We have spent a lot of money at Hobby lobby and even send our customers there. However the last 4 times I've been shopping in Hobby Lobby (specificity the Lake Worth location) it was a HORRIBLE experience. I've been followed all over the store and they made me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point that I told myself I would never go back. Well, I went back today to get magnets for a Christmas gift. Despite already feeling uncomfortable shopping here. Immediately after entering the store I went to the restroom . Then asked an employee where the magnets were, grabbed what I needed, went to check out, got a price change, paid & left. Then as my boyfriend and I were shopping at the Sci Fi factory in the same shopping center a cop came in to talk to us. Apparently Hobby Lobby called the cops on us & we are now banned from Hobby Lobby. They couldn't even give the cop a good reason why. Oh! Not to mention my left arm is paralyzed, I am disabled and have to wear a sling. So I'm just curious what would make them think I was stealing. I was carrying the items I was going to buy with my one good arm & bought them... We were not even able to return the items we just purchased. I feel extremely violated & helpless. Honestly this is a blessing in disguise because I will never support a business who treats its customers like this. If you have any visible tattoos or look alternative in any way I would not shop here because they will most likely profile you. read more

I had a bad experience with the store manager. I used a $50 bill to pay for my items; the store manager went to get a UV light to verify the authenticity. A white lady in front of me paid with a $100 bill; when the clerk asked her to verify it, she just said "it's good". When I asked the manager why my verification process was different, she just said, "sorry, I can't make everyone happy" read more

Terrible customer service. The zesty one ran away when he saw us walking towards him for help. I've never seen grown women walk so fast away from someone, when we finally did get to someone because they couldn't out run us this time the worker said, and I quote.."UGHH" and rolled her eyes at us (didn't even try to hide it as-well) Had to go on a 10 minute hunt to get some customer service. read more

Disappointed! I had seen on tiktok how they mark the SAME ITEM at a different price but NEVER experienced it until yesterday. I bought 3 floating shelves, and when we checked prices it was $13.99, we get up to the register and as she is ringing it up I notice 2 were pricing different. I asked the cashier why, and she got the manager on duty and she said "They are $17.99 for these 2" I asked why, and she said the prices go up after a certain date, and she said "WE WILL HONOR THE LOWER ONE" like she was doing me a favor. I told her it was the EXACT ITEM, and she still did not honor the lower price for ALL 3 of the SAME EXACT ITEMS. I used to love shopping there, but if this is how they are treating their customers then I will go elsewhere. They need to make it right by the customer by adjusting to the lower price and NOT mark things up! I called customer service to submit a complaint, we will see what happens. This location is awful strictly because of the store manager. The guy lacks the intelligence and attitude necessary to run a retail store. Today I was charged two separate prices for two of the same exact item on the same transaction. He said he couldn't match the price they show on their own website. He said he'd do it for one but not both. He's rude and ignorant. After spending nearly $2k in the last 18 months at this location we will never spend a dime here again. All because this unqualified store manager wouldn't match a $5 discrepancy between their in store price tag and their website price. read more

I am so pleased. I drive out of my way to come to this store after moving to Lewisville. the framing department is incredible. I have had my wedding Ketubah famed here as well as other art. the reason for this review is that I just picked up my mothers ball gown that Lauren framed for me. it moved me to tears. my mother passed away almost 13 years ago. I miss her everyday. This gown of from the 1950's and is older than I am! It is very personal to me. The gown was treated with great respect while in their hands and the final result is stunning. I was able to find a pictures of my mother in the gown and Lauren masterfully included it in the frame. I just wish I had a pair of earring she wore to go in the frame. My mother was a competitive ball room dancer and also taught. She was gorgeous and beautiful inside and out. Lauren captured this in the framing. Thank you for a job well done. The only issue was it was too big to fit in my car ;) lol read more

This is a decent location. They have a lot of cute décor items and they always have sales -- check out their weekly circular, or pull up one of their coupons (just don't pay full price!). They have a good selection of whatever crafty or decor items you need. The problem here, though, is that the check-out lines are ridiculous. There will always be a line and they move slow. It's hard to find someone on staff if you need help with something. The framing counter does decent work, but again - be prepared to wait a while. read more

The manager here at this location is AWFUL. Her name is Melissa or Marissa... I can't remember. She has blonde hair and looks like she might be 18 years old. She was very rude to me. She huffs and puffs when a cashier asks for her assistance in front of customers. I came back in the next day and witnessed her rolling her eyes as customers walked in at 7:35 pm before closing. I could hear her talking about it as well. So unprofessional, especially for a manager of this store!!!! She needs to get a wake up call. Disappointed. read more

I used to love this store but their management has gone to trash. I wpuld like to say that Abigail front end manager was amazing and deserves a raise having to work with such lazy people. The checkout line at this store takes FOREVER. I don't care what time of day or the season you come it still takes forever. The store is clean and nicely arranged. Easy parking also. I love their inexpensive shirts. You can get coupons to their app for your phone so nothing is ever price. Fake floral is kind of pricey though. read more

Mother-in-law and I went here on Memorial Day, it wasn't nearly as busy as the one in Burleson so we were able to spend more time wandering up and down the 66% off isle. I found TONS of cute items for my home. Seems like all the hobby lobby's are set up differently, so I had to ask someone where to find a particular item. He was SUPER sweet and walked us to the item we needed. Hobby Lobby knows customer service and the Lord. Both of which are pretty darn important to me! A+ Hobby Lobby! read more

I love hobby lobby. I have spent lots of money there and got really great bargains, one of my favorite stores. The only bad thing is getting checked out. Takes forever. So don't go if you are in a big hurry and can't wait. They have so many small and delicate items and they take time to wrap them for you, each and everyone.
