Staff is unfriendly and rude. A friend was accused of shoplifting and when proved that he was not they continued to harass him. After he left, they started harassing me. Was down right embarrassing and unprofessional considering I spend a lot of money in that store! I'll take my business elsewhere before going back into that store. read more

Great selection of items! Horrible disgusting bathrooms. It's fine they are outdated but seriously clean them! There was gross mess on the back of 3 of 4 toilets. If the manager is willing to clean them, then the staff won't be able to say much . It looks like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. There is a bathroom at a gas station around the corner that is 100x cleaner than hobby lobby. Also if you can't update the bathroom, stage it for the season. Add a picture or two, it would go along way in the presentation. read more

I was at the Foley Al Hobby Lobby on 7/21/25. I bought $39.87. I was standing in line at the only open register, I waited and waited and there were 6 employees standing at registers including the head cashier, the Mgr Alan and 2 women talking to each other at the Refund booth. They all had register closed signs on. Nothing was happening with the man at the 1 cashier that was open because his wife was still shopping in the store aisles and bringing stuff to the register and going back to shop more. I asked several of the closed cashiers if they were open and they looked away. One of them grabbed a broom and swept. The head cashier and Alan the Mgr were talking about their weekend. I went over and mentioned to Alan that there are 6 employees at the front with one open register and the rest are chatting. He looked at me and said the register was open next to him. I told him the lady is still shopping somewhere in the store. Alan walked away. The head cashier stood at the front the 2 ladies at the refund booth told me that they are about to get off and they have to follow the schedule, they had their work vests on. They made me feel like I wax interrupting their conversations. The woman employee yelled "we are following the schedule". I don't care about the schedule or their complaints. I was trying to check out and it was an awful experience. I will never set foot in another Hobby Lobby again. I hope you go out of business because your Mgr. Alan has a terrible attitude. read more

I am a pretty regular customer here, I have been happy with all of my interactions with the staff and always have left with what I came for. The store is well stocked, clean, and I really appreciate the large selection of beach related items in practically every department. While picture framing is my constant go-to at this store and the sales on frames are perpetually going on. My other go-to here at for painting supplies, and there are specials there too. I visited the Foley Hobby Lobby location today, looking to purchase 'thank you' cards to send to friends who attended my baptism this past weekend. I found the perfect "Paper Studio" blank scalloped-edged cards, that could be hand painted, and they were marked 40% off by the sign posted at the end of the aisle. When I got to the register and told the cashier the cards were supposed to be 40% off, she told me "that was last week", then proceeded to half-yell for the manager to come over (embarrassing). The manager also said that was last week's sale price, but I told both of these employees that there was a sign that clearly stated 40% off for Paper Studio products. Neither employee offered to go check for the sign, and being a nice person, and not wanting to hold up the line to go get a photo of the sign myself, making the other customers have to wait for me to return, I just told them not to worry about it, and I paid the full price. After finishing checking out, I walked back to the aisle and took a picture of the sign, and walked back up to the front of the store and showed it to the manager-who didn't bother doing it herself, in order to make sure her customer wasn't paying the wrong amount to begin with. The manager's demeanor then changed and she became peppy, and said "let's get you that refund!", to which I said "no thank you" and left the store. I will not shop at this store again because of the attitude of these employees of Hobby Lobby. They do not exude the Christian attitude/demeanor that the Hobby Lobby corporation likes to pride themselves with having. ps- bring back the 40% off coupons. The Hobby Lobby in Foley has the rudest customer service manager I think his name was Alan, I waited in line a long line almost my turn just to get a price on something he pulls me out of line and proceeds to get on his phone to look it up I said I can just go back to the register and let her ring it up he looks above his glasses and said it don't ring up in the rudest way after getting aggravated he then brings me back to the register for her to "look" it up. read more
