We sauntered in while your one (ONE!) sales associate was helping another customer with her transaction. Not a problem for us. The real problem was that my brother and I were in the store for 15-20 minutes. Not ONCE did your sales associate interact or otherwise acknowledge our presence as customers (ready to drop $2000!!). No. Your sales associate didn't so much as say, "Hi, Welcome to GoWireless, I'll be with you just as soon as I'm finished with our other customers." No. Your sales associate didn't so much as say, "Thanks for your patience, I'll be with you soon." No. Your sales associate didn't so much as say, "Welcome, we're glad you're here!" Your sales associate didn't say a damn thing to us. As we ambled toward the door, YOUR sales associate made no attempt to even keep us from walking out. A masterclass in how to lose customers!
