I have never had a bad experience at this store. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to help you find items for your project. Even to making similar suggestions for your project. I have heard a few people complain that they don't carry a specific item. It would be impossible for any business to carry itms for every possible idea we can come up with. The atmosphere is pleasant as well, go enjoy a nice place to create ideas. read more

I've been to other Hobby Lobby frame shops and they had impressive turn around time. I just moved here and went to this location and I was told two weeks. Let me just add it was to reset a picture that was done by another store and put two 11x13 pictures in a 16 x 20 frame. The two week wait didn't upset me, it was when I showed up two weeks later to find them not finished. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. read more

Worthless. My son and I went to find a mug-decorating kit for a Father's Day gift. They only had one style of mug in the entire store and then sold us some ceramic paint markers that were suppose to work for this gift. After my son spent a lot of time making a wonderful gift for his daddy, the paint washed off the first time we rinsed it. What a heartbreaking moment for him. This is not a good Hobby Lobby. It is big and has lots of stuff, but the staff is awful. There is never enough up front at the registers (and for some reason the ones up there know nothing, including the managers! )and the ones in their sections have no desire to help you. Unless you needs something that is only at Hobby Lobby go to another craft store. read more
