They are always nice and friendly to me when I come here in. They even wait on me with a smile. They are nice to my crew too. I understand that times have changed and that customer service may not be what it used to be, but kindness and a little willingness to help should never go out of style. It wouldn't hurt to offer a helping hand or simply tell a customer, "Thank you." Those small gestures can make a big difference. I hope management will take this as an opportunity to remind their evening/night staff that customer service, kindness, and appreciation still matter.
