We never received a completed hard copy from them.After we terminated the agreement in writing, they sent a demand for a $5,000 cancellation fee. That fee is not in the agreement we were given.I specifically asked for structural damage from termites and pests to be included in the BINSR so it would be covered. They put down a one-year treatment and said that would take care of the problem. When I said treatment doesn't fix structural damage, the request was pushed aside. On Sunday they told me the report would show no evidence of live termites or pests. If there was no evidence, why was a one-year treatment needed?My husband is retired military and believed the VA loan process would protect us. It didn't.We still had not received the full termite and pest inspection report we paid for when we walked away from the house. We only got a forwarded copy the next day.This is how they handled a veteran's transaction.Google recommended them as a VA realtor. Obviously she does not follow any code of ethics as I was not even a party to the transaction. She is being reported to the board for lack of professionalism as well as the sheriff's department for theft. Do not trust her as your realtor. I was able to obtain my chickens back through negotiations after someone was holding them for 11 days without any cooperation from her.
