DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY A Warning to Residents, Renters…read moreand HOA Boards: Do Not Subject Your Community to This Company I am writing this review not just for myself, but for my neighbors. Good people. Retirees, veterans, elders. Many do not use social media and may not know how to speak up when they are treated unfairly. They deserve better. Your community deserves better. Here is what I have experienced and what I have witnessed among my neighbors. They habitually delay responses on time-sensitive approvals. For over three years, they have used 'short staffing' as a shield for what is essentially passive-aggressive behavior. They know residents are dependent on them, and they leverage that power by simply ignoring us. There are inconsistencies in how fees are applied. Neighbors have shared with me that they have been charged different deposit amounts for the same project. It also takes them months to return deposits long after the project is complete. There appears to be no clear or consistent standard. When you ask questions, you do NOT get answers. This is all very dangerous considering the power that HOAs hold. Here is why these companies behave so poorly and act invincible in the process. Arbitration clauses built into contracts with companies like this make it very difficult for residents to fight back. Unless you know how to catch them in the act and document everything, the system is stacked against you. They are counting on you giving up and just paying. Do your due diligence. There ARE other companies out there. Better companies. Companies that will actually communicate with you and treat you fairly. If you are a resident, keep records of everything. Take photos. Save emails. Check your mail daily. Compare notes with your neighbors. If you see inconsistencies, document them. If you are on an HOA board, please think carefully about who you hire to manage your community. The people living here trust you to make good choices on their behalf. They are counting on you. Do not let them down by partnering with companies that hide behind fine print and treat residents unfairly. Your community deserves better. I'm a new homeowner in an HOA that is managed by Buck Reynolds. I have been trying to get someone…read morefrom their office to respond to me since I closed escrow on 5/12/25, via the online portal, phone, and email. I cannot move forward with any improvements to my property as I require Architectural review, and cannot get the application until Buck Reynolds sets up my homeowners account. They are the worst HOA management company I've experienced! UPDATE: After posting my negative Yelp review, Melissa from Buck Reynolds replied to my post and assisted in resolving my issue. It's unfortunate that it took a bad Yelp review in order to finally get a response from their office. I'm happy now that it's resolved.

I was searching for options to either sell or rent our house in Bullhead city. Checking various…read morereviews I made a list of my top three and headed out to talk to people in person. Amber Longacre at Key Time Realty impressed me from the first time we spoke. She was extremely knowledgeable about the rental market in Bullhead City, and gave me solid advice on my next steps. My long corporate career has taught me to spot BS and personal agendas in short order. Of all the people I spoke with in that search, Amber stood out as the only person that didn't raise any red flags. She was professional, straightforward, and most importantly, honest. Eventually, my wife and I decided to sell. Amber turned out to be one of the best realtors I've ever worked with. I did most of the initial house prep, but I don't live in AZ and making multiple trips becomes expensive. Once my work was done, Amber took care of the final cleaning, landscaping, and other details for reasonable costs, and done to her high standards. When emergencies did arise, like unexpected wind damage, she took care of it immediately, again with costs that were less than I expected. Bottom line, we never had to wonder what was going and we never had to worry about things that were in our control. Amber never left us in the dark, and took care of what was needed to get to a successful closing.

I got lots of pushback for given for wanting more details Of the work to be completed. Work was not completed with quality workmanship and Concerns were not addressed within a timely manner, coating us more money in repairs. They actually installed hardwood floors we purchased and had shipped to their office in a property that wasn't ours. They make you sign a 2 year agreement and then don't manage your property with any concern except their bottom line.

Now that everything is said and done, and all the loose ends are tied up I have to say.....QMC is a class act from start to finish. In short, we were mediocre tenants - but they treated us with nothing but respect and kindness in every way. The staff is SOOO friendly and sweet, and competent. Issues, big or small, were handled promptly. They usually had someone out within a couple hours even for non-urgent issues like the kitchen light flickering madly (they had to replace the whole fixture, but had it done by the end of the day). We had an emergency one month and bounced our rent check, and the staff was all smiles and completely understanding even as they were explaining the bounced check policies to us....and they didn't for a moment hold it against us. Move out is when landlords really show their stripes, though. We didn't damage the apartment in any major ways, but we ran out of time and left some debris and cleaning behind. We fully expected to lose our whole deposit on exaggerated charges but were happily surprised! Not only didn't they over-charge us...they really minimized the costs. We ended up with about 3/4 of our deposits back, even after the cost of shampooing and flea treating the carpets. (That's standard in their contract if you have pets. We didn't leave stains or anything, but I imagine you'd have to do something pretty big for them to charge you more than the standard anyway.) If we were still in the area, we would never rent from anyone else. I rarely give reviews, but I just had to drop in and recommend QMC to any looking for a rental in the area!
