I had a really disappointing experience here today. I came in just to have the polish removed from my nails. They started the removal process and then left me sitting in the chair for about 35 minutes, even though the salon was basically empty and there was only one other customer there. I eventually had to ask if I was supposed to take the rest off myself or if someone was going to come back and help me. When it was time to pay, I was told what I clearly heard as $10. I didn't have cash, so she asked me to Zelle it. I sent $13 because I included a $3 tip and thanked her before leaving. After I had already walked out of the salon, she came outside after me and asked how much I sent. I told her $13, and she said she had told me $15, not $10, and told me to Zelle her the additional $2 right then. I explained that I had heard $10, but she insisted she never said that. What made the whole interaction even more frustrating was that I had already waited 35 minutes for a simple removal, only six of my nails actually needed polish removed, and my nails weren't even cut down afterward. I have no problem paying for a service, but the lack of communication and being followed outside over a $2 difference after I had already tipped made the entire experience feel really uncomfortable and unprofessional. To say that you broke my heart is an understatement. After years of patronizing your business with very minimal challenges, if any, your reaction to me today was unexpected at best. It certainly did show me that you don't value customer service, let alone customer loyalty. I've never refused or been unwilling to pay for services, even when the services weren't that good. I rarely if ever complained about my services, even when I wasn't satisfied. I continued to patronize your business for years. On the one day that I bring to your attendance my dissatisfaction, you were dismissive and unwilling to fix it. I couldn't believe your response. Seems to me that you could have easily polished over my nails at no additional cost to me. Especially considering our long-standing relationship. Instead you referred to your valuable time and what it would cost for me to get the color changed after you had just done the service. You really hurt my feelings. I'm so disappointed with you and your husband Sam who actually followed me out of the store as of I wasn't going to pay for my services. One of the worst experiences ever. These two owners are always in the worst mood. Never say hello, never say goodbye, never smile, Never ask a question. But today was a doozy. I asked the lady owner to apply an extra coat of polish because they thinned the polish so much it was transparent. She went apeshit on me, wanting 10 more dollars even though I already paid 60. I stayed calm and kind and she literally told me to never come back. I called a few friends and they all told me that they no longer go there either. Worst customer service, rude as heck. Went for the first time and I'll NEVER go back. The lady did my no chip in 15 minutes and it looked horrible. She barely had me sit under the light so it's gritty and messed up on the sides. She was trying to get back to her client. She didn't even massage my hands. The guy did my feet and he was okay but he was given the wrong color. I didn't realize it wasn't a matching color until he was done. He barely touched my legs on the massage. My usual place was busy but next time I'll just wait. DON'T GO!!! Sneaky thieves.... I recently went there and paid with a card and I tipped with cash. I didn't fill out the receipt... I just signed it. As I did so something told me I should've written the "total" and "cash" on the tip line. I got a pedicure and eyebrows done. My card statement is saying 50$. The pedicures are 25 and eyebrows 10. I tipped her 10$ cash which I thought was generous. I can't believe the scammed me! While I have not been a "regular" customer I have been going there for like 8 years and know a couple of their names. I guess I'm not regular enough for respect.. the place is dirty anyways. very unhappy. I got a pedicure and manicure there. when I was getting the pedi she asked if I had been there before. I told her no. little did she know I had. she shorted me on my service. did not take off any dead skin. very little massage on legs and made my nails extremely short. as I was getting my manicure I noticed everyone else receiving full treatments on their skin. I then asked her, "Did you do that to me?" she said, "No, sorry I should of asked if you wanted that." during my manicure she had nail polish all over my skin . The worst!! I took my granddaughters for mani pedi's. They were rude and ignorant. One of my granddaughters bumped her nail. He gave her a dirty look and fixed it with out applying a top coat. Saw this place as I was driving by.. Should have kept going. Extremely nice people, sadly, terrible work done. Everything was rushed, I saw no sterilization of tools and not once did any of the THREE people who worked on me use a brush to clean up or straighten up the polish that was slapped on both my toes and nails. Also, they charge $5 every time you take off your no chip... What??? Every time? Sorry, if I want to pay $60 I'll just go to Luxure. At least there they take their time and do a wonderful job. HORRIBLE and RACIST! I would give them 0 stars if I could ! I came to this nail salon for a "spa day" outing with my family but this has been the worst experience I have EVER had at any nail salon I have ever been at. Not only were our pedicures both painful and poorly executed but the service was AWFUL! The male manager lies about his prices and makes up excuses for his half-a**ed work instead of simply saying he is not able to do it. But the absolute worst thing about him is his attitude and how he speaks to people. He has no regard for his customers nor does he care about the quality of the work he puts out. One of my family members wanted a gel full set and coffin shaped. The gel full set was $30.00 and she shape was $5. She expected to pay $35 for her nails but when he asked what color she wanted she showed him a pink solar type of color. He then said it would be $65. Now I personally have gotten solar colored nails done before at multiple shops and never been charged $65. When u stepped in and asked why it was so high he said "this is my shop, i don't care where you go but here that's how much it is". I felt so disrespected and even then I tried to be reasonable and explain that his own sign read $30.00 for a gel full set and that the color she selected was a gel color. He ignored me. Because of the alleged price my sister changed the color and asked for SNS dip since it was apparently cheaper than the nail polish she selected. She selected an ombré SNS style which was sparkly grey and white. He told her "you can't change your color again because I have a 4:30 appointment" (it was 4:10pm). She made a face at me but continued to let him do the SNS dip since she never had it done but saw mine and liked how mine were. At 4:15pm a white woman walked in and he paused his work on her nails to talk and get his appointment started. Then he came back to finish and reminded her that he had a 4:30 appointment. He was rushing through her nails and as she was explaining that she did not like how he was doing them he said well I have another appointment and that it was her fault since she changed her mind and refused to fix them. Her nails were lumpy, crooked, and the ombré looked like dirty white nails with barely any sparkle. He didn't even paint the sides. The nails were so bad even the other nail techs were shocked and offered to fix them but after he said something in another language they began to mind their business and tend to their clients. When my aunt tried to assist in explaining that my sister's nails didn't look on par with mine he admitted that they looked lumpy and bad but blamed how they look on my sister. And tried to charge $55 for them. None of these prices were listed and again we asked how he could charge so much for little to no work done and he wouldn't even correct the mistakes he admitted to. My sister asked if he would take them off and he said if he did it would be a long time because he had other customers to tend to (him speaking on the older white women coming in) and he would charge double for taking them off. This all could have been avoided if he wouldn't have rushed through her nails because of an appointment he made knowing he wouldn't be done on time. And had the decency to speak to his customers like we aren't the ones helping him keep the lights on. He does not have any idea what manners are and he thinks he can speak however he wants to people. I will never EVER go back there and I hope whoever is reading this does not support this salon either. Their work is sub par and they don't deserve a penny more. read more

I love this place. The employees are wonderful and sweet. They do a great job and they care about getting to know their customers. They are my go-to after moving down here a year ago and I won't go anywhere else if I can help it. Tonight, they found out I had a tanning appointment an hour and a half after I got there, and they did everything they could to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. I went to this place because my regular place happen to be closed and I really needed a no chip mani removed and a pedi. I waited over an hour in a chair with cool water. They did apologize several times and I appreciate that but By the time they got to me she realized I had no chip and foiled my nails to remove it. Then on to my pedi-she said the polish I picked was $5 more which after an hour of waiting, $5 more, really?! She went and picked something else close to it. ‍ I waited so long I didn't have time for the no chip mani I wanted so she charged me $5 more to take off the no chip polish I had and did a regular manicure w no polish. This place has the worst customer service. My husband and I went in and asked for pedicures. The technicians had both of us sit in the massage chairs to prepare us for the services. While the technician began working on my pedicure, my husband sat patiently in his chair for about twenty minutes. Finally the manager's wife came and begun working on my husband. This was at 3:20. She became careless , and allowed the water to run so long that the water spilled over from the tub onto my husband's shoes. My husband asked if he should come back at another time, when they were not as busy. She pleaded for him to stay and complete the services. About five minutes into the pedicure, my husband asked to leave without completing the pedicure,as she continued to rush my husband, The lady said, no, because she had begun to work on one foot and he'd have to pay for the entire service. When complaining to the manager, he told my husband that he did not have to come back and he never apologized for the poor service. While waiting, I noticed that other customers were being treated much more nicely, and were not being rushed at all!. At about 3:40, the technician was finished with my husband's pedicure in which she spent about 15 minutes completing, including the times that they stopped to discuss her service. The manager and his wife were rude and discourteous. Needless, to say we will not return. I would not recommend this services to anyone who is not the owner's "regular" customer. read more
