Ramman was super nice on the phone contrary to other poss experience. In fact I decided to not go to Hitch Shop because the lady there seemed angry at me for asking questions about removing the bumper on our subaru in order to install the hitch. Hitch experts installed a 2" receiver on our Subaru Outback and its awesome! I asked for the 7 blade plug to be installed like a truck, on the receiver; they accomplished this perfectly and the hitch looks like it came stock. I had to leave the vehicle over night at their shop and being paranoid about hail I asked them to put the vehicle inside; they were happy to meet my request. All this and the bill was less than what they quoted. I would not hesitate to go back when I get a brake controller installed. I've also used a hitch shop in Cochrane before this experience. These guys at Hitch Experts really did provide better service in my opinion. I do not know any of the employees or owner, but I was so mad when I got rude service at the hitch shop, and I was so relieved to be treated respectfully here, that I felt obliged to write a review. read more

Some of the best service ever! I had a wiring harness installed in our Rav 4. These guys were very quick, reasonably priced and super friendly. First of all I had no appointment and was told I could drop by any time that day. When I arrived it was snowing outside and I was loading my baby into his stroller when an employee greeted me at my car, took my keys and started the work right away. They said it would be 30 minutes so I grabbed some groceries close by and when I returned the job was done. They didn't want me to have to load my baby in the cold so helped me load the vehicle in their shop and drive out. I was already blown away by their service but then, as I was leaving they stopped me, grabbed some washer fluid from the minut lube next door and filled up my empty fluid before I left. I've use these guys before and they were very accommodating and priced fairly. I had them install a brake controller that I already had and they did that while I waited. I'll be back this week to get them to install a rear view camera and to pull a few other wires through the firewall of my new Ridgeline. Update - rear camera is installed and so is a new brake control module. Once again great service and the work was done while I waited. Service here has alway been friendly and courteous. I live in far NW part of Calgary (Arbour Lake) and these guys are in the SE, but they are worth the trip every time. I'll use these guys again no question. read more

We called, and they were able to book us in in relatively short order. Turns out one of the ground wires was loose so it was a relatively easy fix. On our first trip of the season we noticed the lights on our trailer were not working so we went back and found out the problem was the converter we had purchased. When I sold the truck I kept the hitch. The guys at hitch experts removed the hitch from my truck in world record time and didn't even charge me.
