They operate from their home. The chairs were kept outside their garage for pickup, and we returned them by 6 PM the same day. There was no in-person interaction--it was all based on trust, which I really appreciated. I only rented chairs, so I can't comment on their larger inventory or bulk orders. The chairs were clean and in good condition, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service and would rent from them again.
