A lot of time a minor or small detail, but almost every service it was something. Early in using the service, if there was an issue or missed portion of the home (failure to dust, mop a bathroom floor, clean blinds/shade, etc.), they would send someone back to complete the job. But after a while we got tired of having to consistently contact the owner (who is normally slow to respond, primarily answering only in texts) and just dealt with it. Part of the reason we didn't make a change sooner was due to their reliability with their consistent schedule. The staff is courteous and professional, but the results were average and never exemplary. It is completely understandable that it can not and will never be perfect, but every time something was missed or poorly done. Again, we stayed with the company for their consistency and the work was decent enough that didn't warrant going through the hassle of hiring another company. What ultimately led to the end of our service was the complete lack of communication when changes to the schedule were made (not the first time) and then receiving a poor cleaning that resulted in nothing being mopped, blinds being skipped over and overall sloppy service. The owner, who consistently has an excuse for their lack of communication, does not call back and responds with a snarky text that "if you are wanting perfection for what you are paying, you should get on your hands and knees and do it yourself."

The cleaning apparently took 5 hours which honestly I'm not sure why it took so long as there were two people cleaning and the house was pretty clean prior to cleaning, but regardless, they did an ok job. For what I was charged, I was expecting something magical and house to be spotless, but it was not. Pretty clean, but not spotless. Probably go elsewhere next time.
