However, was willing to work with me to give me a decent price, all-in-one, to do the roof, plywood, soffit & facia so I knew what my total cost would be, rather than a cheaper price and getting hit with $xxx extra for plywood, $xxx extra for soffit/facia, etc. Time frame was relatively quick as well. Despite being out of Marco Island, the quote was actually the 2nd lowest (the first being a company that wouldn't include the "extras"). Theoretically, Mighty Fine Roofing is the lowest, but I cannot really compare exactly. The highest quote was about 75% more. Rusty was a pleasure to work with.

From the moment they started our seamless aluminum metal roof replacement I was beyond impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything transpired. David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start -- responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They're skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area -- driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool -- is carefully covered. There are photos showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase, the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc. After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. I'm thrilled with how our roof replacement project turned out. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL FROM START TO FINISH! If you're looking for honest, professional service with excellent communication and high-quality workmanship. On a side note, they did an equally phenomenal job installing our new rain gutters as well, and yes they installed our rain gutters, they did not sub them out!! I highly recommend DC Roofing! You'll be happy you selected them and be thanking me for doing all the research in finding them.

His workers found that our roof had some loose and cracked tiles, and they repaired them for free. No charge for the estimate or the work. David said we didn't need the extra work the other vendor suggested and had his men check to make sure. We highly recommend DC roofing for his integrity and customer service. All our friends and neighbors who recommended him had told us he was a fair and honest guy. We learned from our experience that he lives up to this reputation. They were very professional, stripped the tile shingles, continually cleaned the property removing debris, ordered the metal and completed the installation ahead of schedule. I met the local building inspector when he arrived to review the finished job and he commented that it was well done. Paradise completed our roof replacement ahead of schedule and as quoted - no additional costs. Based on our experience with Paradise, I would highly recommend Brain (owner), Bryce (manager) and Paradise Roofing.
