I've used them in the past so they have my contact information, and they called me a year and a half later after the work was completed and could not get the payment from the squatters. I did not authorize work I did not ask for the work to be done and now they're trying to collect on a bill from me. This sounds like a pretty good racket if you can just walk into the homeowner's property work on s*** without getting permission and then submit a bill to him tell him they have to pay or are you going to take them to small claims. I have not owned the house for almost a year now.
