Hines Holmes was the best company to hire for our home updates! We decided to re-side our home and paint the entire interior. We also had them remodel an upstairs bathroom and carpet throughout the upstairs. We signed the contract with them and a week later the pandemic struck. Hines Homes helped us lay out a plan that was comfortable with everyone so we could move forward. We started with the outside first and when it was time to tackle the inside painting they worked with us to have only 2 painters at a time to lesson exposure for both their workers and us the client. They were so respectful of our space and home. Every worker wore a mask and were so kind. Raul Gonzalez was the BEST to work with throughout our project. He explained a lot of the process to me as we progressed as this was the first time I had been through a remodel and didn't know what to expect with process and materials. Raul was so kind to always make sure that communication was open and nothing was missed. There are so many details! I was definitely less overwhelmed as Raul made sure thing were as I wanted them without me getting involved. Kelly Hines was wonderful to help me with paint colors and bathroom tile! She has a wonderful eye for color and esthetic. I highly recommend Hines Holmes for big or small construction needs. We would absolutely hire them again and again! Thank you Hines Homes!! read more

During our visit, we worked with an older gentleman who assisted us in choosing flooring and provided us with a quote. The seller of the home had already obtained a quote through your company for carpet removal and installation. Specifically, we selected Mohawk Street Chic flooring. The representative we worked with clearly quoted us a price of $3.79 per square foot and pointed out the pricing we would be paying. However, when Jason later called us, he provided a significantly different quote of $4.59 per square foot. When we questioned the discrepancy, rather than helping us understand the difference, he became argumentative with both my husband and me. Most concerning was his comment that the representative who assisted us "didn't know what he was talking about because he's an 85-year-old man." We found this response to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. Regardless of any misunderstanding regarding pricing, speaking negatively about a fellow employee in this manner is unacceptable and did not inspire confidence in your company. As a result of this experience, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. We are extremely disappointed, as we had been prepared to move forward with our purchase through your company. Unfortunately, the inconsistent pricing and the manner in which our concerns were handled have made us uncomfortable continuing to do business with your organization. We felt it was important to bring this experience to your attention and hope it can be addressed internally moving forward.

Mr. Paint did an incredible job for us! He painted a bathroom in our home, and at the very last…read moreminute, I asked if he could also help install some peel-and-stick panels. Without hesitation, he jumped right in--patient, kind, and so willing to help. Those panels would never have gone up without him! He spent hours carefully cutting and fitting each one around outlets, the vanity, and other tricky areas, making sure everything looked perfect. Even when my husband and I were ready to settle for "good enough," he wasn't--he took panels back down and realigned them until they were flawless. He even removed a glued-on mirror and light fixture just to make sure the finish behind them was seamless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly stand out. He kept his workspace tidy, cleaned up multiple times throughout the project, and left absolutely no mess behind. I'd recommend Mr. Paint a thousand times over! He'll be handling all of our future projects--no question about it.

Steven comes every 2 weeks to take care of the lawns at my primary residence and my temporary rental house. He is hardworking, dedicated, shows up when he says he will, & does excellent work at both properties for a very reasonable price. In addition, I am disabled & have asked Steven to spray my rental house for bugs that the yard was infested with when I moved in. He did that at no charge to me.
