We had a lot of issues with the drainage at the back side of the house due to the poor layout gutters design. I called the company many many times with promises that someone will call me back and they never do. Finally, the owner called me and kept using excuses that he is going to visit and address the issue. An appointment was scheduled and they never showed up or even bothered to call and and cancel. I called back and "of course" another lame excuse. We are currently "improvising" till we get a decent company to complete ABU Gutters work!!!! I hesitated before writing a bad review however, I exhausted every possible way to get the problem fixed to no avail. All the calls and requests were falling on deaf ears. DEFINETELY NOT RECOMMENDED. Said they would use hurricane clips on the decking, they put a few in obvious places, but didn't do it everywhere. Said they would replace any decking that showed signs of previous water damage, but they didn't even pull up the old felt to inspect the decking! Shingled over the original, wrinkled roofing felt, leaving obvious waves. Many of the decking boards should have been replaced due to getting wet previously and are now swelling and covered in mold. They were supposed to strengthen the rafters in the attic due to changing the roof design from a hip style to a gable roof front. See photos for how poorly it was done. In less than 3 months, the shingles were cracking and dried out. The roof isn't sufficiently supported and has lines where it is sagging and caving in. Randy came out to look at it and said, "Well, its too late to do anything about that now." There are rafters spliced together with one nail holding it together. They didn't put the house wrap on correctly around the dormers (which were also very poorly constructed) and it leaked, causing mold to grow all over the ceiling. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Randy's Roofing for ANY job whatsoever.

Gilbert has installed two fences for us, The first one was smaller and he did a good job. The second fence (90 Feet) with the Schoolyard behind with plenty of room to work on both sides. They in my opinion didn't set post correctly and they knew this as they had to cut the fence pieces closest to the post and mound of cement inches above the ground. I'm not a fence installer but I could tell something was not right, within two months the post was loose and the fence was leaning. The cost was $1,800.00, we contacted Gilbert and he and his helper came by the next day, they compacted the dirt around some of the posts and said it was because of the drought, I want to explain a month before that we received a phone call from the city notifying us we had already used 18,000 gallons of water and we were about halfway threw billing cycle so I assured him it was not lacking water and pointed out to him all the green grass surrounding the post. He insisted it was the drought, the bottom line is if the post were set correctly they would have not lifted the way they did. There were a few that were set correctly and they were fine. He assured me they would be back by this week and poor more cement around the post. Gilbert never came back, we called him several times, my mom and I both left messages. Several weeks went by and I finally blocked my number and called him and he answered, he said he went on vacation and explained to me he didn't feel like he should pay to fix the fence post. It was not his fault. because of the drought. The fence is now swaying in the wind and less than 2 months we paid him $1,800.00 on a fence that is now leaning and several posts are loose. He kept repeating the drought was not his fault etc. My opinion is If it was done right it would not be loose. You can tell just by looking at the first fence he did. We just want it done correctly. I am not happy with his Customer Service and he should be embarrassed to leave a fence like that. I want to add I ran it by my neighbor who is a contractor to see what his opinion was on the problem. He confirmed the posts were not set correctly. The hole for the post was dug at a slant and cement was unable to cc around the post. I took pictures of the fence boards he had originally cut to fit over the mound of cement and sent him a message letting him know I will have to contact the Better Bussiness Bureau if he wouldn't fix the problem he replied and said his helper would be by next week. It has now been 5 months and no response and no show.

I was told when the door came in it could be matched and I could get it the same day , so I dropped the old door off about 9:15 in the morning so they would have it. That's when I was told, they'd have it for me tomorrow! And I replied that's not what I was told, I was told I would have it the same day. Well, they managed to have it finished at 4:45 PM, (they close at 5pm). I took it back to the jobsite and the top hinge did not match by about 3/32". We corrected that mistake, but it was about 45minutes extra work. When I went to get the alarm sensor off the old door in the morning, (I had forgotten it), I asked her if they would cut the top of old door off about six inches, so I could retrieve the alarm sensor? She said they could get to it next week! I said I'd come down and cut it off myself so none of her employees would be put out. When I got there she DID have it cut off already for me. I told her and showed her a pic where the hinge inlay didn't align. I asked if they would allow a partial credit of the $75? She said, No. She'd have to ask the owner but he isn't there and he'd probably say NO, too. I just said, Thanks and left. I was not pleased with customer service after dropping old door off. Attitudes changed. I will probably take future business elsewhere!
