DO NOT HIRE ABC IRRAGATION. I hired ABC Irrigation to do an overhaul of my sprinkler system and am very displeased at their shoddy work and attention to detail. The heads were left either covered in dirt and grass, leaking, broken or unfinished. I would then call and they would return charge me another $400 leaving their work again unfinished. Our total bill exceeded their estimate by $2,000. and it still took me six hours to dig out and uncover the sprinkler heads. Again, do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE ABC IRRIGATION. They do not care about the quality of their work or the people they supposedly serve. read more

We had an excellent experience with our system install. Very responsive and competitive. Have had the system over 6 months. They came back to adjust when we got new landscaping. I have a Wi-Fi system and they have been very helpful with it. I highly recommend them. read more

The work itself was adequate. The only negative I can speak to is the crew did a mediocre job of re-leveling the ground where the irrigation pipes were laid. But it was an easy 30 minute fix for me. A very significant issue I had was that after the installation an employee from ABC Irrigation entered into my backyard twice without permission. Once while I was home, he did not knock and the company did not email or call to inform me that he was coming. The second time ABC sent me an email that they would be coming by the following day with the city inspector for the final inspection. The email stated that they would confirm with me via a phone call a time they would do this. They did not. Instead they once again came into my backyard with out knocking/permission. This time my girlfriend was visiting and was home alone...having two men standing on the back porch all of a sudden can be fairly alarming for anyone, but especially a female by herself. I have never worked with any person and/or company who would enter onto my property without clearly asking for permission first. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I had ABC Irrigation install my sprinkler system in 2007 and have been a steady customer ever since. They gave me the best price for the front and back yard system I have and are exceptional in their professionalism and customer service. I have continued to have them service my system, replacing sprinkler heads when I accidentally run over one with my lawn tractor; doing the yearly back-flow certification; or just having them come do a yearly inspection to make sure the system is running perfectly. Over the eleven years I have used them I have never had an issue with their service. I can always count on them and highly recommend them. Extremely disappointed by this company, to say the least. I had asked for an appointment for an estimate of some minor sprinkler repairs. Appointment was scheduled more than a week in advance. The day of the appointment, no one showed. I called to follow-up, left a message. I receive a return phone call hours after the scheduled appointment window with an apology and that they'd try to squeeze me in at the end of the day. It is now quite late in the day and someone finally arrives to check and flag the issues I described. The estimate seems fair, so I proceed to schedule the repair. Again, this company flakes out and doesn't show up. I called and spoke to Ricky, who said I'd be put on the schedule the following week. Again, no show. I have called many times over the past 6 weeks to have the issue taken care of. I have left at least 3 messages with not a single call back. Meanwhile, my sprinkler system keeps leaking continuously on my lawn. I suppose the company decided that the job was too small, but instead of just telling me that directly, they have chosen to ignore my calls and messages. read more

ABC Irrigation installed my sprinkler system years ago and it worked flawlessly ever since. They came out diligently each year to conduct the backflow test required by the water district and faithfully filed a report. Once or twice, the landscape maintenance decapitated a sprinkler head and ABC came out promptly to repair it.
