Wow, where to begin...... we hired this company to move us from. Corpus Christi TX to GA, so I was…read moresurprised when an interstate moving company showed up with an enterprise truck. They explained it was more affordable on out of state moves to use a rental in case the truck should have issues......I was hesitant but I am a firm believer in supporting small business. I was concerned with the way they were handling our furniture and they did go a bit easier after said something. I was really worried about my family heirloom hutch built by my great uncle for my grandparents wedding and I was assured repeatedly they would be gentle. As the truck began to fill I was assured everything would fit without a problem they saved my $4000 sleep number mattress for last and although it looked tome like they were cramming it in, again I was assured it would be fine. Our delivery was scheduled few days later in GA. We received a call saying that the truck was stuck in a storm as the wipers broke, not much they could have done about that so we waited. Later that night they delivered our stuff and the apologies began. The first thing off of the truck was my mattress without side soaking wet and huge holes torn through the bottom! Somehow cramming the mattress had caused the holes and the truck leaked. The damage continued with my pantry having the entire bottom pushed up inside and a huge gouge in the side, destroyed. Then my beloved hutch had a chunk gouged into it, my nightstandwith a huge deep gouge, my filing cabinet completely destroyed to the point we can't open the drawers. Several boxes were soaked but most of them we were able to save what was inside by unpacking them quickly and laying items out to dry. We lost a lot of the dry foods that were packed. The head mover kept apologizing for the unload taking so long because his partner "was being lazy because he wants to go to the hotel and drink". After all of this all we asked for was our filing cabinet and mattress frame to be replaced as the puncture didn't tear the inner mattress. There was no value i could place on the hutch as it is a priceless heirloom, the pantry wasn't solid wood and we were told that it was to be expected and honestly I forgot about the nightstand as I was so distraught over the hutch and mattress. We paid our bill in full with the promise that we would be reimbursed for the mattress and filing cabinet. We were told they wanted to file a claim with enterprise for the damage to the mattress and we would be reimbursed ASAP. We called several times and were told to get them quotes which we did. Then John, the owner, stopped answering our calls and will not return our messages and we still hav3not been reimbursed for our ruined items. So, BEWARE! I highly recommend you don't use this company and if you have no choice, don't pay in full until you are reimbursed for damages. We paid almost $5000 as we packed the boxes ourselves and had about $1400 in damages!

The The Storage Company changed management sometime in 2012 and I find the current management…read moredifficult to work with. I've rented storage space with them since 2007. I've always paid rent on time and 6 months in advance to get the 7 month's rent free. Although my next payment was not due until Oct. 1, today I got a delinquent notice in the mail because the management had changed the terms in Paragraph 6 , Special Provisions, of the "Self Service Storage Rental Agreement" without notifying me in writing. When I expressed my concern, the management told me that businesses changed policies all the time without notification. Management was argumentative and unreasonable but later agreed to wave the late fee. Also without notification, I was informed that The Storage Company no longer honors Paragraph 38 of the Rental Agreement which entitles tenants refunds of prepaid rents. The management would not give out the owner's phone number; however, it was said that one of the owners, Lindsey Adame, would be given my phone number and she would return my call. I then researched the owners of the company and located the phone number, and when I called, the owner wasn't available. I left a detailed message. I now wait for their reply.

Christian's leadership in expediting all the business and move aspects of the job was a thing to watch.His expertise and strong communication skills in not only talking with his team but also with us and keeping us aware of specific issues as they arose led to to quick resolution that met expectations. Calieb's ability to size up the packing and loading of boxes was a demonstration of precision . Watching Albert and Ethan handling the furniture prep and moving items with care confirmed that this is a great team. I hope the leadership at All My Sons values the contributions and value these 4 employees bring to the company. We will definitely stay with All My Sons in moving our house now in storage to our next location.

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked a 3-person move for what was supposed to be a…read more2-hour job, and I was quoted under $400 total, including travel and labor. I confirmed this multiple times before booking--at least three times--and verified the price again the day I paid the deposit. I was also very clear about the scope of work: I would be providing all packing materials, I already had boxes and containers pre-packed, and I needed furniture moved downstairs and loaded onto the truck. Everything was discussed upfront. However, when the movers arrived, I was presented with a bill of over $700 and told the job would take 7 hours. They also added new restrictions that were never disclosed beforehand, such as only moving items already in containers. Because this was completely different from what was agreed to, I canceled the service. I had paid a $100 deposit, and they only refunded $28--keeping $72 despite not performing any work. Based on this experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch situation, and it put me in a very difficult position on moving day. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and confirming all terms upfront before booking.

I reached out to BOTH The storage place and cube smart's instagram a day ago and the storage place has NOT responded regarding the issue but cube smart has ..... Regarding my missing belongings my husband went and spoke with cube smart front desk and they said if it happened a month back they don't have any footage because it was The storage place footage a month prior . Weird how The storage place has not responded.... I understand The storage place isn't liable for anything but not even having the camera footage is outrageous. We had an unexpected and urgent need for an immediate storage space arising from the unexpected failure of the seller to sign off for our new home. Anticipating a "normal" house closing and taking possession of our new home, we drove from San Antonio arrived in Corpus with both SUVs loaded with personal items. Working with our realtor Stephanie Hastings and with her advice we called The Storage Company@ Holly. We called and had told Samantha about our dilemma. Despite the panic in my voice, she remained cordial, expressed a true understanding of our dilemma and worked with me to find an appropriate size storage unit. In addition, she set up a short-term month to month rental, and called the Holly facility to coordinate with Amanda at the front desk our arrival and check in to the unit. Amanda arrived, took us to our unit, and with us never anticipating we would be renting a storage unit rental had locks available. When I returned the next day I met Lindsey and Lilly. Lindsey told me she had spoken with the team and was aware of our situation and was glad they could help. Lilly similarly expressed appreciation for our business. All be it a short rental I cannot emphasizes the person touch, the genuine interest in helping, and the follow thorough in providing a service (not to mention the clean and secure units) that is uncompromised in the storage business.
