I had a terrible experience with Top Notch Movers LLC. I hired them to move my household goods from Corpus Christi, TX, to NM. Upon delivery, I discovered several items had been damaged, and many more were damaged as I unpacked. I contacted the company on April 28, 2024, and the owner assured me they would resolve the issue. From April 28 to May 22, 2024, we exchanged emails regarding the cost of repairs. On May 22, 2024, they offered to reimburse me $616.49. However, when I requested further compensation for additional damaged items, they became rude and uncooperative, devaluing my property and stating they would only pay the legal minimum. Things escalated, and their representatives became hostile, even threatening defamation against my character and involving their legal counsel (who never responded). Despite their promise, I have yet to receive any reimbursement. This company has been unprofessional, failed to honor their commitments, and has shown no responsibility for the damage they caused. I strongly advise against using Top Notch Movers LLC for your moving needs. They have caused significant stress and financial loss, and I am still seeking assistance to recover the compensation they owe me. Avoid this company at all costs! read more

By far the best experience I have had with any business EVER. Anthony and Earl were absolutely masters of this profession. I had a massive U-Haul filled with stuff from moving across the country with my spouse, I also lived on the third floor of my new apartment and couldn't get everything up and down the stairs without help, I even called same day and they showed up in 30 minutes! These guys absolutely blew my expectations out of the water, paid for 2hours of unloading and they got it done in an hour and a half; they were super great to talk to and made me feel like a friend, they took great care of everything I owned. They were professionals in every sense of the word, they spoke to me with respect, asked me where things went and placed everything down gently. At one point Earl even put on my 55lb weighted vest and ran up and down the stairs to move stuff in to be courteous of my time and to get a good workout in! HA! The energy from these guys was great. I will absolutely be calling these guys back by name when I have to move out. To the manager or boss that looks at this, PLEASE PLEASE give these guys a promotion or a raise. They represent your business phenomenally and could use some recognition for that. read more

Where to start! From the first time we called TopNotch movers, they were great! We needed items moved from a truck into a small storage unit and we were afraid everything may not fit. They sent Jesse and Earl to be our movers. Both Jesse and Earl handled our possessions very gently and you could tell they both very conscience in not wanting to damage anything. They were careful, yet, they were quite efficient and didn't take a long time to move the items (some movers stretch out the time so they can charge more). These guys didn't. They got the job done a lot faster than we thought. They fit each and every item into the storage unit with room to spare. I swear they are Tetris champions in the way that they fit it all in there. I am a Single Mother without a truck. I recently purchased a new smoker. I naturally couldn't pick it up or bring it home in my car. I called, Top Notch movers & they kindly picked up & delivered my smoker to me. They picked it up & delivered it earlier than scheduled. I was so thankful!!! I have been using the movers for help about 5-6 yrs now. They picked up a desk for me from the Office Store, generously put it together for me. They relocated my office a couple years back. They have actually moved me a few times over the years. They have moved my parents & clients. I truly appreciate this company & highly recommend them. read more

We hired these guys to move our home from Corpus Christi to San Marcos. It took 2 trucks and crews. We boxed up almost all of our items but there was a LOT, so they assisted us with the rest. They came the day before the move to wrap things up and prepare for the move. They were made aware of the fragile and priceless items that we needed well taken care of. A lot of glass, large TV's cabinets with glass, etc. They wrapped and boxed things very well. It took the 2nd day to load and the 3rd day to unload. They all did a great job. Nothing lost or broken. Wow! Just spent the day with Rich and Drew! They picked up a rug at my house, then went to a business and moved two office setups and the rug to a new office, then came back to my house, picked up a bunch of furniture, took one piece each to three condos, then drove up to U-Haul, and unloaded the rest of the truckload! It went smoothly, efficiently, and EASY! They really took good care of our stuff! We really appreciate their professionalism and care! We plan to use them again twice next month.
